Tears start to fall like drops of rain
Thinking of everyone who died in vain
Watching the towers quickly fall down
While hundreds of people are all on the ground
Ashes and ashes fill the city
Some much that you can't see
Why did this happen?
Innocent people dying
Trying to get away
Away from destruction
Away from the ash cloud blocking the light of day
Many people died
My people risked their lived
Not so many survived
On 9/11/01
4 planes crashed
One in the pentagon
Two in the towers
One in Pennsylvania
Destroying everything in the area
But because people stepped up
Just normal people like you and me
They saved 650,000 people
Some young and some old
Honor those who stepped up
Honor those who risked their lives
Remember who unfortunately died
Because together we have hope
Together we stand strong
Together we are one
Together we are Americans
Together we survived 9/11/01
Sorry for writing this so late. I just came up with it and I really like how it turned out.
