Life
It has its ups and downs
When it seems to be perfect
It could end up horrible
People go through each day
Being hurt
Because of bullying
Because of abuse
And nobody cares
Schools need to pay more attention
They need to do something about it
They need to notice the scars
Need to notice the bruises
Because if they don't
Student might hurt themselves more than they already are
Kill themselves even
If you have seen a scar
Tell an adult
Tell their parents
Tell a teacher
Cause maybe,
Just maybe, you will save someone's life
And that's an unimaginable price
If you have seen bruises
Tell a teacher, an adult
At home a child could be crying in pain
The unimaginable feeling
Of skin to a belt
The unimaginable feeling
Of being beaten
For not a single reason
You don't want to know what its like
Being accused of something you didn't do
And get majorly punished for it
You didn't do anything
Yet you get treated like you did
Treated like you're always wrong
Like nothings good about you
Somewhere out there
A child, teen, or even an adult
Feels that way
You can stop that
You can save a life
You can help
Help them get out of their own hell
