"She just wants to be friends Ash." Calum's voice sounds softly but he's serious. He hates it to see his friend like this, whipping off the first friends they made here.

"I'm going to my room." Ashton simply says. But Calum is still not amused. He can't believe he's being so rude towards Ariel. "Why are you acting like this?"

Ashton stops walking when he heard the question. "Why am I acting like what?" he asks getting a bit mad. "Why are you so offended by every little thing? Why are you being so closed? Why are you not the Ashton you was a couple of weeks ago?"

Ashton thinks about the questions. Did he have an answer for all of those questions? No, but he gets mad. Mad because his best friend is telling him he doesn't remember him anymore.

"What do you mean? I'm still the same person! You know what gets me cubed away? My friends leaving me because I'm too fucking blind for them! Or what about my girlfriend who screwed another boy and got pregnant? Don't you understand? I'm fine being alone!" he practically yells. Calum is shocked, he never heard his friend yelling like this. "You're being a d*ck towards everyone including me! What the hell is wrong with you?" he yells back.

"I can't help it that I'm not in love with you!"

That's where Calum cracked. He couldn't believe he just said that. Tears forming in his eyes as he looks at Ashton, who is facing Calum. Calum grabs his coat and opens up the front door. "Cal wait I'm sorry I didn't-"

That's all Calum could hear. He walks away from their house, not knowing where to go. He walks further and further, but stops when he sees a bench. He sits on the bench and pulls his coat on. The tears still streaming down his face when he is looking down at the street. There's only one place he could go.

Michael.

He runs towards Michaels house. His legs moving so fast, desiring to feel arms wrapped around him and a sweet caring voice telling him that everything will be alright.

He made it to his house, looking through the window, seeing Michael sitting on the couch with a ps4 controller in his hands. Calum knocks on the window and Michaels sheepishly expression is soon replaced with a worried one. He jumps off the couch to open up the front door.

"What is going on? Calum are you okay?" his voice sounds really concerned. Even though he knew the guy only for a day, he felt a strong chemistry he would deny if anyone asked him. "I'm not" are the only words Calum can bring out. Michael, not sure what he's supposed to do, brings him closer. Calum's head rests in Michaels neck when he brings out a couple of sobs.

"Thank you." he lets out. "For what?" Michael chuckles slightly. "For comforting me." Calum smiles. But his smile soon fades when he remembers that Ashton is home alone, knowing what he's capable of.

"Shit I need to go. Thanks Mikey!" his legs are running again, leaving Michael confused yet blushing by the nickname Calum gave him.

"Ashton? Ashton!" Calum screams when he gets in the house again. Making his way through Ashtons room, he's shocked by what he finds on the kitchen counter, it's a note.

I'm so sorry that I have hurt you Calum, I'll never do it again. Please tell Ariel that I'm sorry.

- Ash

"No no no." he mumbles to himself. He kicks in Ashtons bedroom door, seeing Ashton stand in on a chair with a rope around his neck. "Ash don't do this!" he runs over to him and gets the rope off his neck.

"I deserve to die Cal, let me die. There's no one I should stay for." he cried. He was inconsolable, numb and weak. "Stay for me Ash, please." a tear sliding down his face. "We're gonna make it together okay? A new life, new friends.. We're gonna be okay."

Ashton, still sobbing jumps in his arms. "I'm so sorry Cal."

"Shhh Ash, we're gonna be okay."
