Chapter 10

Rilynn's POV
I've been waiting for River to call. He's the only person who would be able to save me, Sam and Colby. There is so much chaos in this little hospital. I've seen Colby a few times walking around. He always looks like he's in pain. It hurts to see him like this. I just want to run up to him and hug him but I can't. I can't even look at him without being sent back to my room.

"Rilynn Winters please come to the front office." I was brought out of my thoughts by the loud speaker. I opened my door and slowly walked door the hall. I made my way to the front office. The door creaked as I opened it. I looked at the guard for an answer as to why I was called down. "Phone call." His deep voice gave me chills. I nodded and went over to the phone that sat in the corner. I picked it up and put it to my ear.

"Hello?" I quietly said.

"Rilynn. I have a plan. It's a long shot but it may work." I heard River's voice echo through the speaker as he began to explain his extravagant plan.

Colby's POV
It hurt so much to be away from her. Everything felt like it was in slow motion. Being without Rilynn's laugh or smile everyday ate at me. For the past two days, I have been following rules and ignoring anybody who talks to me.

"Colby to Dr.Arden's office." The speaker in my room was loud and staticky.

I opened the big metal door and made my way to his office. I passed several guards but I didn't care at the point. All I wanted was to see Rilynn. I opened the door and was yanked in and thrown to the other side of the room. The door slammed behind me and locked. I got up from the dirty floor and there she was. The beautiful hazel eyed girl that has been racing around my mind for days. I felt a smile creep on to my face. I ran to her. Lifting her small body in my embrace. God I missed her. I missed her voice. Her smile. Her touch. I missed everything. I never realized how much I needed her until I couldn't have her. I slowly put her down and smiled at her.

"Colby. I have a plan. It's a tough one but it's going to get us out of this hell hole. Are you in?" She grabbed my hand and spoke in a serious tone. I was confused but I didn't care. I just agreed with her. Let the fun begin.
