“I-” BAM BAM BAM! There was a knock on my door, interrupting Alex. “What?!” I scold. People here always have bad timing and it’s becoming very annoying. “Come get breakfast!” Tiffany screamed. Alex sprung up and ran to the door, but stopped before touching the door. “Oh yeah,” he said, “I don’t live here hahaha.” Alex turned back and started making his way to the bed. “What does that have to do with anything?”I questioned. “I just can’t run in there and start chowing down hahaha. I’ll wait until I’m home to eat.” Alex sat on my bed and pulled out his phone. What is he gonna eat there? “No you’re eating here, end of conversation.” Alex looked up at me and smiled, “Ok, Jake!”

    I stood up, walked to the door and turned to Alex and said, “Let’s go eat.” Alex smiled, ran to my side and we make our way down stairs. There, Tiffany and mama was at the table eating already. When Alex and I walked into the kitchen, Tiffany turned to us and smiled. “Good morning love birds.” Said Tiffany and my mom almost spit out her drink trying not laugh. Alex tilted his head like a puppy at Tiffany and Tiffany screamed. “OH MY GOD ALEX IS SO CUTE!” Tiffany hopped up and tightly hugged Alex. “Hi Tiffany,” Alex said. Tiffany released Alex and turned to me, “How’d you two sleep last night?” she said bumming me, winking. “I ain’t feelin’ your childish crap this early. Chill out, b.”

    I walked over to the food and started making Alex a plate. “Well you sure was feeling Alex.” My mom choked this time, I turned to Tiffany, wanting nothing more then to slap her. Tiffany whipped at her phone and showed me the picture she had of Alex and I. Alex and I was really close in each other’s face, close enough to kiss and we were intertwined with each other. Alex walked over and looked at the picture, he didn’t seem phased by it. Instead he took the blame by saying, “This is my fault.” We all looked at him in confusion. “I have a big teddy bear and I cuddle with it.” Now Alex was blushing hard. “Didn’t I tell you to stay out of my room?!” Tiffany ignored my question, instead, she asked Alex if he has pictures of his bear; with excitement he said yes and pulled out his phone. They started looking at pictures of the bear or bears he has. I  sighed and I started making his food.

    The morning past kinda like that, Alex mostly hung out with Tiffany. I guess it’s because they both watch anime. They talked for a couple of hours before Tiffany took him to her room. I tried to follow but she won’t let me. “What are you doing?” Tiffany asked. “I’m coming in.” I stated. “Why? We’re going to watch anime.” Alex stood behind Tiffany looking worried. “I’m well aware of that.” I scoffed. “Ok then, go away.” Tiffany tried to close the door but I stuck my foot in the door. “I just wanna hang out with my friend that you’re stealing from me.” I said as I was trying to push the door open. Alex started tapping Tiffany but she ignored him.

    Somehow Tiffany grabbed a shoe and threw it in my face. I grabbed my face and she slammed the door close. I knocked on the door for a while, then I sat there for like twenty minutes before giving up and going to my room. I opened my door and sighed, “Why is she like that?” I said myself. “The one time I want to go to her room she doesn’t want me to?” I pulled out my phone and texted my girlfriend, Jessica. Well she isn’t really my girlfriend, I’ve been trying to break up with her but she refuses. She only uses me in anyway she can; money, running errands, protection and as a punching bag. Why don’t I leave her? Because I need to be with some to not feel alone. No one else will love me or stay with me because I’m a ruffian.

Me: “Hey babe”

*Ten minutes later*

Jessica: “Sup”

Me: “Just at home bored, u?”

Jessica: “I’m out with the girls. Do u have some cash?”

Me: “No...sorry”

Me: “But I will monday.”

Jessica: “Ok, well I gtg. Later”

Me: “ok plz be care, I love you.”

Jessica: “Okay ttyl, bye.”

    “I don’t understand why she’s like that when she’s the one that doesn’t want to break up?” I asked myself. I would be a liar if I said that her not saying ‘I love you too’ didn’t hurt me, she does that though. I decided to scroll through social media to see what's happening, but to my expectations nothing was happening. I kept doing that until I somehow fell asleep
