Yoongi POV

I sigh, running a hand through my hair as I continue pacing the living room back at the apartment. It's 1:53 in the morning and she still hasn't returned.

I have absolutely no idea where she could be right now and I'm extremely worried. I hadn't even thought before I said those words back outside of the restaurant. I mean, I'm not wrong in the slightest, but I know I shouldn't have said what I said. Or at least, not the way I said it.

"Hyung, I'm really worried. She's been gone for hours and I know I pissed her off." I sigh down the phone as I talk with Jin to try and keep my calmer.

"She'll come back eventually, Yoongi. You really do need to start thinking through what you're saying before it's said though. You know she wasn't thrilled with the idea of having to be back with you to begin with and all you did was add fuel to the flame." He responds.

"You were a fucking idiot, Yoongi. The last thing you need to be doing is throwing her past in her face like that. That's a damn good way to make her do something that doesn't need to be done." I hear Saehyun yell at me from a short ways away from the phone. The boys must be having the girls over tonight. I sigh once again.

"I know I messed up, okay? But she really was out of line. There was no reason for her to break the waitress's nose! She's out of fucking control." I huff, ruffling my hair once again. I hear her scoff before there's a scrambling noise, what sounds like the dropping of the phone, and a little bit of arguing before it's picked back up.

"Yoongi, you have no idea to what degree you've messed up. She's not out of fucking control, she's just out of patience and hurt beyond what you can even begin to fathom. You're the one that's been the cause of all of this, so don't you dare begin to blame her for a damn thing. Fucking own up to the shit you've caused and fix it." Saehyun snaps down the line. My eyes widen before a frown forms on my face.

"What do you mean, Saehyun? None of that makes any sense." I question quietly, mildly afraid of the answer I may get. I hear her scoff on the other side.

"Saehyun, calm down. You're making a bigger deal out of things than what's necessary." I hear Saeron's voice faintly. My frown grows.

"No! Don't you dare begin that shit, Saeron. None of you have any idea what the hell she's been through and the depth of pain he caused her. You've no idea how scary it was to be waking her up from a nightmare after being the one who convinced her to finally sleep.

"He's the reason she's gotten as bad as she has and he has no right to bitch about her because he fucked up again. He's the only other one who knows what I know about her, and I still know more because of him leaving her. What he said tonight to her was unacceptable." Saehyun cries out angrily.

"Saehyun, what're you going on about...?" I ask hesitantly. Do I even want to know the answer?

"No, fuck you. You made this mess and you'll clean it up on your goddamn own. Maybe suffering a little bit of pain yourself will do you good. Smack a little sense into you." She says harshly before hanging up.

I groan, tossing my phone onto the kitchen table. I tangle both my hands into my hair as I return to pacing, more frustrated and worried now than I had been before. Did I really hurt her that much by leaving?...

I don't know how much more time passes before I hear the front door finally open. Eyes widening, I spin on my heel to look over and find her walking in with her head hung low. She doesn't even bother shutting the door softly, just letting it fall shut behind her as she walks down the hall.

Walking over to her with a sigh of relief, I pull her into a tight hug, thankful that she's safe and back. Burying my face into the crook of her neck, I lightly squeeze her in the hug as she stands stock still.
