Kabuto's true feelings

I held Nyuko to my chest as I ran. I finally came to the spot after two days of running on stop. I was exhausted and about to collapse. However, there were footsteps behind me and I turned to see Kabuto standing there with a smile.

"What brings you here?" He asked.

I looked down at Nyuko then back at Kabuto. I haven't slept or eaten in two days straight so I was about to pass out but not before I got his help.

"Look I know we're not on good terms. But please help Nyuko I can't and you're the only person-" I began but stopped as I fell to the ground.

Kabuto walked up to me and I just looked up at him. He sighed and took Nyuko from me. I just passed out.

Kabuto sat by Yoshi as he patched up the snake. Not too long after Nyuko woke up a bared his fangs a Kabuto.

"What did you do to Yoshi. Where is she? She hates you she would never come near you willingly." He hissed.

"Well, it seems her love for you is stronger than her hate for me. She brought you here so I could heal you. And she's asleep over there." Kabuto explained as he pointed to Yoshi.

Nyuko slightly relaxed knowing where she was before looking up at Kabuto who was looking at Yoshi. 

"Don't try any asshole. She only recently started getting over you." Nyuko warned.

"And What is that supposed to mean?" Kabuto asked

Nyuko rolled his eyes and he rested his head letting Kabuto continued to heal him.

"Am I the only smart one no the only one with common sense. You obviously still like her. I don't know why you broke her heart but you still care for her. however, she moving on after a long time of healing from you." Nyuko explained. 

"I broke her heart because I didn't want to act anymore. And how do you know she's moved on." Kabuto mumbled. 

"About a week ago she had her first kiss. Took her ages to accept her feelings for this person because SOMEONE broke her heart." Nyuko grumbles.

"So that where the necklace came from." Kabuto mumbled to himself.

The healing continued as Nyuko just looked at the two. He knew that one day the two would connect again. As much as Yoshi's feelings for Kakuzu were real Nyuko has doubts about how much longer the Akatsuki would survive.

It was only a matter of time before they were all killed. However, Nyuko would let that happen to Yoshi nor would the other member other than Tobi.

But Nyuko was, of course, worried for her. Nyuko wasn't dumb. S ranked criminals that were being hunted down. It was only a matter of time before they met their match. But she isn't known to be a member right now. 

There was a pang of hurt in Kabuto's chest thinking about Yoshi. The snake was wrong he did still have feelings for her but it was not to be. He was Orochimaru's assistant who wants the Akatsuki dead and she was a member of the Akatsuki. 

He was meant to kill any members of the Akatsuki but he couldn't bring himself to do it. He finished working on Nyuko before taking him to Yoshi and picking her up.

"What are you doing?" Nyuko hissed. 

"she can't stay here so I''m taking her away." Kabuto said simply. 

after a while of walking, he placed her down before looking at her fatigued figure that was panting. He kneeled by her and grabbed some food pills making her eat them and leaving the by her.

Kabuto left leaving Nyuko to sit by Yoshi and watch over her.
