(Pony's POV)

I come home from reading and drawing outside to the rest of the gang at our house.

"Hey, Pony!" I here Two-Bit call, then a crashing of something falling and breaking. I wince and head into the kitchen.

"Hey!" I grab a knife from the drawer and cut into the cake sitting on the counter, putting it on the plate I head into the living room. I decide to have some fun and put it behind my back.

Soda looks at me as I come in, "Whatcha have behind your back?"

"Guess."

"Something for your woman?" Dally asks.

"No! I don't have a woman. Why...? Never mind, guess again."

Darry looks up from the papers he was reading, "An application for a job?"

"No." I'm starting to regret this. "One more guess."

Steve looked at me from the glass cup on the ground he was picking up. "A note passed between you and friends YOUR OWN AGE."

"No!" I take the cake from behind my back, "It's chocolate cake."

Two-Bit looked up from the TV which obviously had Mickey Mouse on. "Why didn't you say something sooner!" He got up and rushed to the kitchen.

Soda looked up like Two-Bit was charging into a suicidal battle. "NOOOO! I just made that." He jumped up and rushed into the kitchen, and I followed just behind him. Two-Bit's face was covered in cake. "You will pay for this."

"Soda, calm, calm," Two-Bit coaxed him like a rapid dog. Soda grabbed a fistful of cake and threw it at him, before I knew it.

"Darry!" I turn and call. And when I turn back, it has escalated into a full on cake fight. And just as Darry walks in he gets hit in the face with a piece of cake. He slowly wipes the cake off his face and with one of his rare grins, he throws it straight at Soda's face.
