Demi's POV--
Pain, in every part of my body was the first thing I noticed when I woke up. It took me a few minutes to realize what had happened and what position I was in, I immediately started to panic.
"Hello?" I ask to no one my voice coming out raspy
"Hello!?" I scream louder, my yell prominent
Moments later my door is burst open by a woman in blue scrubs
"Whats going on?" she asks frantically looking around as tears prick my eyes
"Where am I?" I ask blinking back the saltwater forming
The lady in scrubs walks over to the bed I'm laying on and checks a clipboard on the end of the bed
"One moment, Mrs.Jonas." She sad quickly tumbling over her feet on the way out the door
After a few minutes, my tears have dried but my nerves are in a frenzy.
"Hi, Demi. How are you feeling?" Asks Dr.Williams walking in to my room with the same nurse that came in minutes before
"Sore." I say matter-of-factly
He chuckles drily as the nurse starts another IV drip "Thats to be expected, press this little button," he points to a clicker on the side of my bed "When you're in pain, morphine will be released into your body." I nod pressing the button and he and the nurse laugh again drily
"Can I see my babies?" I ask not even knowing what has happened with them the past few hours
"Well Mrs.Jonas, you're currently in recovery, would you like to allow quests to come into your room?" I nod slightly now confused and worried about how he changed the subject so quickly
"Can you get my husband, Nick, please?"
"Of course, I'll be in soon." He says sympathetically touching my shoulder before leaving
"Who are you?" I sniffle looking at the nurse
"Maria, I'll be your nurse while you're in the hospital for a little while. If you need me press this button." she says showing me a big green button on the side of the wall before flashing me a fraud smile and leaving the room quietly
Leaving me alone, in a big hospital room only with my thoughts and questions of the welfare of my babies.

Nicks POV--
"Jonas/Lovato Family and friends." My head immediately shoots up from my hands as I look to the person with the voice
"Thats us." Says Dallas groggily waving a hand in the air
Dr.William walks calmly to our group. How can he be so calm when everything thats happened today is so serious and scary?
"Demi is in recovery, The babies in the intensive care unit," My heart begins to pound out of my chest "There was extensive bleeding which had to be stopped during the C-section, so due to that complication we had to do a small procedure on Mrs.Jonas. All is well, but she is expected to be in severe pain the next few days, so I ask that only two visit her at a time and be very cautious of her well being." He says making eye contact with everyone in the room
"She's okay though, right?" asks Danielle cradling a dead asleep Alena in her arms
"Yes, we are all very fortunate."
"And the babies?" Chokes Dallas in Robs embrace
"We can't be this sure this early on." He says bowing his head
The room grows quite, everyone unsure of what to say. Me, on the other hand, I don't know how or what to think.
"Can I see her? Demi, I mean." I ask surprised by my own voice
"Follow me." he says beaconing me out of the room leaving the rest of my family to take it all in
But I can't think of anyone right now, no one but my family.
