My First and Last Love

Chapter 18- Stanger

"Babe have you seen my gray hoodie. I can't find it." Quinn called out from their room looking through the their closet looking for the hoodie. Quinn walked out of their room and went into Kurt's room.
"Kurt have you seen my gray hoodie? I never travel without it." Quinn asked standing by the entry way.
"No I haven't. Ask Rachel." Kurt says as he is putting the last of his stuff in his suitcase. Quinn walked into the living room and looked around and on the coat rack but still couldn't find it. Quinn walked into the bathroom and saw Rachel in black skinny jeans with her hair in a high ponytail and Quinn's gray hoodie.
"Nice to know you found my gray hoodie." Quinn said making Rachel turn around. "You have got to stop doing that I thought I left it somewhere." Quinn added.
"I just like wearing you clothes sometimes." Rachel said gathering her stuff and taking it to her suitcase.
"I can tell." Quinn said with a smile.
"Yo Faberry be down stairs in 5 minutes so we can get to the airport early so i can get snacks and get them a t shirt as a wedding present." Kurt said and then the door closed. Once they got downstairs they took a taxi to the airport. They got to their gate early so they had an hour until their plane would be
thief so they took this as a opportunity to eat and gets snacks or just chill and charge up their devices. Quinn went to go get coffee while everyone else stayed at the gate. Sam, Brittany, Finn, Sugar, and Tina were all asleep until the plane would get here. Kurt went to the gift shop to burn time. Rachel went to get donuts for everyone. After about 50 minutes the plane was here and since they had Brittany and Artie they were able to get on first since they are handicapped. Before they pulled off Rachel passed out gum to everyone so their ears don't pop. About a hour in Quinn just woke up from her nap and saw Santana and Brittany coming from the back and Santana was still fixing her hair.
"Unbelievable. You couldn't wait until we landed. Just reckless." Quinn said as the took their seat next to her.
"Oh shut it Fabray." Santana said pulling out her phone and earbuds. After they landed they went to a hotel and everyone just checked in and took a nap. They decided to head to the choir room and say hi.
~Mr. Shue's wedding day~
Everyone was wearing their Sunday's best for Mr. Shue's wedding. After the ceremony they went to the reception. The resection had a bar and a whole lot of treats like cupcakes and brownies and they had a chocolate fountain. Once they got there every pair slit up kinda.
"Omg the have a chocolate fountain!" Brittany said and letting go of Santana's hand and going to the table full of desserts. Rachel went to go mingle so her and Quinn went to the hang with Santana. The reception was fun. They all had a few drinks but no one got wasted(thank god) but Brittany did eat a lot of sweets. She didn't eat any actual food she just a cupcakes and fruit dipped in chocolate. She did walk up with a tummy ache which sucks because she had to get on a plane that next night. The flew back home in New York and didn't get there until 3:00am. Quinn ended up getting juice once they got home but she just fell asleep on the couch before she could finish it. At around 12:43pm she heard the show Friends. As Quinn fluttered her eyes open she saw Rachel on the other end of the couch and Kurt on the chair both of them had their attention on the tv. Quinn slowly sat up and wiped her eyes.
"She's alive. I was starting to think you were dead." Kurt said
"What time is it?" Quinn asked in a groggy voice. Rachel picked up her phone to look at the time.
"12:50." Rachel said and sat her phone down. Quinn got up and headed to the bathroom to freshen up. Once she walked back in she made a sandwich and was about to dig in but there was a knock at the door.
Knock knock knock
Quinn put her sandwich down and went to answer the door. Once she opened it Santana walked in with Brittany behind her.
"What are you guys doing here? Aren't you tired?" Quinn asked as she got her sandwich off the table and sat in the chair over by the tv.
"Oh I forgot to tell you I invited Santana and Brittany over to help me wedding planning. I would have told you but your so cute when your sleeping." Rachel said as she got up and went to the bookshelf behind her to get her wedding planning binders. Rachel took the wedding planning binders and put them on the table. Kurt, Santana, and Brittany all sat at the table and started talking about the wedding like flowers, dresses, place, food etc. Quinn sat on the couch watching tv but soon drifted into a nap. Rachel, Santana, Kurt, and Brittany continued to plan the wedding.
"So I was thinking the colors could either be lavender and white, light teal and white, or yellow and white." Rachel said.
"I think lavender." Kurt says and raises his hand.
"I think yellow." Brittany says.
"I am team light teal all the way." Santana says.
"Guys that is not helping." Rachel said.
"Ask some of the other girls." Brittany said.
"Or we could ask the other bride. You know the one you are marrying." Kurt said.
"Babe what do you think?" Rachel asked and turned around to once again find a sleeping Quinn on the couch. "How is she sleeping she just woke up not even 30 minutes ago?" Rachel added.
"I don't know." Kurt says.
"She has been acting weird." Rachel said as she turn to face the rest of them.
"Acting weird how?" Brittany asked.
"Well for starters she has been sleeping a lot. Not her usual a lot but more than she usually does. It's like she has something on her mind but she won't talk to me about it. When we first got engaged she couldn't wait to start planning this wedding and when we did she was so excited, she was like a little kid in a candy store. Now she is sleeping or she doesn't have she full attention on it. Like half of her brain is on something totally different." Rachel explained. As she did Santana was starting to put two and two together and knew exactly what was going on but she didn't say anything because if she was to find out the then Quinn would have to tell her but for now she had to make sure they got off this topic to protect Quinn and because it was getting a little depressing.
"Well she has been a little stressed about getting that new position as TA at school." Santana said.
"That makes since it can be a little stressful remember how it was for you waiting to find out if you got the part in funny girl?" Brittany said and Rachel shook her head.
"That makes much more sense." Rachel said.
"So let's skip the colors for now and think and other stuff." Santana said finally changed the subject.
~1 hour later~
Quinn opens her eye and slowly sits up. She turns around and sees everyone at the table still talking about wedding stuff. Quinn gets up and takes a seat next to Rachel.
"Hey babe we need to know colors." Rachel said and handed her three cards with the colors on them.
"That one." Quinn said and put down the light teal card. "Boom! Kurt you owe me $30. I told you she would choose that color. Do I know my best friend or what?" Santana said and high fived Quinn. They continued to plan the wedding throughout the rest of the day.
"Hey I have to fix something can I use your bedroom?" Santana said getting up in the middle of ruling out who the officiant is going to be.
"Yeah sure we will wait for you to get back." Quinn said.
"Quinn come help me?" Santana asked.
"What why me? Why not Bri-"
"Just come help me Fabray." Santana said cutting off Quinn and giving the eye that she gives her when they need to talk. Quinn catches on immediately and walks into the room.
"Ok while you were asleep Rachel was talking about you." Santana said.
"Why do I care she always does. She post embarrassing stuff on snapchat all the time. I really don't care." Quinn said without a care in the world.
"She noticed that you have been acting strange. Such as you sleeping a lot and you haven't been fully focused used on this wedding. Your wedding and I told her it was because you have been stressed about getting that TA position but I can't keep lying for you like this. You have to come clean about Cassandra making moves on you." Santana said.
"What do you mean you can't you lie all the time." Quinn said.
"That's not the point. The point is that women is about to be your wife and you really want to go into a marriage with a lie right off the back?" Santana asked. Quinn looked at her feet for a few minutes.
"Your right I need to tell her. But what if she gets mad and leaves me?" Quinn asked with tear filled eyes.
"If nothing bad has happened then it should be a breeze." Santana said. Quinn nodded her head. Before walking out Quinn dried whatever tears slipped out and walked out.
~ 8 hours later~
Everyone left and Quinn and Rachel were having couch time. While watching tv and eating ice cream all Quinn was thinking about was how she was going to tell Rachel but she thought it was now or never. Quinn turned off the tv and sat on the coffee table in front of Rachel.
"Rachel I need to tell you something and I should have told you a lot sooner but I was scared to loose you." Quinn said looking into Rachel's chocolate brown eyes.
"Quinn what the hell are you talking about?" Rachel asked a little confused.
"Lately my dance teacher has been making moves on me. I haven't made any back. Rachel I am so sorry I didn't tell you sooner and I take full responsibility for that. Say something please." Quinn said and slowly getting quitter.
"I just have one question. Did she kiss you?" Rachel asked just above a whisper.
"No she did not kiss me no one kissed me. I only and I mean only you kiss me. She just been putting her hands on my waist and flirtatiously whispering in my ear." Quinn explained once again staring into her eyes. Rachel just stared at her for a few moments. It felt like hours. Rachel gently placed her lips on Quinn's. Then kinda just slipped into each other like puzzle pieces. They just move together as one and not breaking apart. After a few minutes they break apart to realize they are both out of breath. They rested their foreheads on one another's.
"I love you so much Rachel." Quinn whispers as she rested her hands on Rachel's thighs.
"I love you too." Rachel whispers back with a smile on her face and resting her hands on Quinn neck.
