4weeks after disappearance

Grey's p.o.v.

It's been 4 weeks, I haven't seen Lucy I know she's training but I don't know why she didn't come by. I decided to go to the masters office. I knock on the door to see if he was inside. "come in" he said and I opened the door.

"Master, Where is Lucy. I haven't seen her for 4 weeks, I knew she went to train but she must have to stop by" i tell him, I notice him getting some tears in his eyes.

"She went on a huge quest, it said that it would be about 2 weeks to complete. But she informed me before that she'd be leaving fairy tail after. But I'm a bit worried its been a long time" master said.

I stared wide eye'd. I asked him which quest and he gave me the flyer, I went off to go there but it was 6 hours away.

"Hey, Popsicle where are you off to? We're going on a job soon."natsu yelled following me out the door.

Happy and Erza came also. "its Lucy, she took a job request to defeat 1,000 demons 1 month ago and hasn't been back!" I yelled to them, they hurried and followed me. Erza got a car and used her magic to go faster and we got to the place in 2 hours.

I looked around and didn't see any demon. "maybe she beat them all" happy said. But natsu and Erza brushed him off saying she was too weak. We walked to the center and I noticed a body. it was bruised and in a huge circle of dried blood. I went closer and noticed it was Lucy.

I picked her up crying. I brought her back to the others. natsu's eyes widened he shook his head in disbelief. Erza cried saying her name many times.

"Lets bring her to the guild" I told them we boarded the train and I put a blanket over her, after 6 hours I brought her back into masters office.

I opened the door to see him doing work from the damage we did"did you find her?" he asked I nodded I uncovered the blanket. he fell to his knees crying and couldn't stop. "we will have a funeral for her," he said and he walked out.

"Listen up you brats. I'm ashamed of the way you treated one of your fellow guild members. we learned that we lost a member today, you treated her badly and I wish I could apologize."he told the guild trying not to cry.

"Who left the guild?" someone in the crowd asked I bring over her body in the covers then master started to speak.

"No one left the guild, grey being her over" he said I brought her over and removed the cover and everyone gasped some people started crying.

"I will give her a funeral and your all welcomed. I hope you decide to apologize for what you've done."master said. I was confused all they did was ignore her but people looked more guilty.

"I'm going to clean out her place." I told him leaving
