Back in a much more simple time, a very small and very young Jimin sat, back leaned against a tree as he rested his drawing book on his legs.
The wind blew softly through his tousled black locks and he rested his head back, the softest of smiles on his face.
Though as he turned back, his pencil lifted up he sighed. He wanted to draw him. He's drawn him so many times, in different angles, different shades but it was always better when he was right there in front of him. All his beautiful imperfections laid out for him to canvas.
Then before he can start the outline of his jaw, a shadow appeared in front of him, blocking out any sun that was illuminating the paper for him to see. Jimin smiled, thinking it was someone who was so dear to him but when he looked up his face instantly dropped.
A lanky like teenager stood in front of him, arrogant smirk on his plain face as he crossed his arms.
Jimin frowned, feeling a small fear perk inside him but he refused to show it.
"Hey you." Said the teenager, eyes darkening as he stared at Jimin.
"Where's your little boyfriend today?"
Jimin gulped, fingers fiddling with the pencil in his hands as he averted his gaze.
"He's not my boyfriend." He then mumbled, heart sad because it was true.
"Listen, stay away from Jungkook." The taller boy hissed then, "I warned you once, and I really hate to repeat myself."
Jimin frowned as he slammed his drawing book closed, standing up in a huff.
"You guys are toxic for him! You should be the one leaving Kookie alone!"
The kids eyes shot daggers at Jimin. He gritted his teeth taking a step forward.
"R-ray, you said what you needed to say. Lets just go?" A small voice then peeped up from behind the taller one.
Jimins eyes widened as he havnt even saw him there. It was a kid about his size, with soft eyes and light brown hair.
'Ray huffed as he shook the smaller one off, taking another step towards Jimin. He lifted a hand and poked it hardly against his chest.
"If Jungkook doesn't show up again because of you we're going to have problems."
Jimin pursed his lips as he slapped the hand away from him.
"He's not going to show up to your stupid little gang. I refuse to let him go. Just leave him alone."
Jimin was almost proud of himself for not stuttering. Though the sudden heavy atmosphere almost caused him to whimper as he took a hasty step back.
Rays gritted his teeth and lifted his hand up, ready to hit.
Everything happened so fast then.
Jimins eyes were wide, as a sudden scream of the other kid behind Ray could be heard, a flash of raven locks passing his view.
Jimin had his eyes clenched shut, nearly expecting to be hit and thrown against the tree but it never came.
When he opened his eyes, body shaking and breath heavy his eyes widened.
There stood Jungkook, protectively standing in front of him, his knuckles bloody as he sneered at the knocked out boy on the ground.
"K-Kookie!" Jimin yelped out, running over to his friend and taking a hold of his arm.
Jungkook glared down at the boy on the ground, his eyes dangerously landing on the smaller boy who was helplessly trying to shake the knocked out one awake.
