Waking up to Maxx's face I'm not going to lie it freaked me out at first, but it's something I could get used to.

He was sleeping so soundly, it was seven in the morning, I didn't want to wake him up so I stayed in bed, otherwise I would have gotten out and got dressed. I pulled my phone out from under the pillow reading all my texts.

Dan had texted me to wake up Maxx, because he knows Maxx wouldn't yell at a girl. Zach had sent is good morning text to our group chat, and Cody asked me out I was feeling this morning. I obviously responded to all of them like I did almost every morning.

"Maxx?" I whispered, brushing is blonde hair away from his closed green-brown eyes. He muttered something and swatted my hand away.

"Maxx get up! We have shit to do." I poked his cheek, his eyes slowly opened as he yawned into his hand rolling onto his back.

"I'll buy you Cookies when we get to our new place." I laughed nudging him to sit up.

"You're lucky I love Cookies." He smiled back at me like he had something on his mind, I just discarded it as him being half asleep.

"Get dressed loser, we need to get our shit." I laughed taking my stuff back into my room, grabbing my bags and throwing my clothes into my bags, keeping a hoodie, bra, underwear, socks, jeans, and my vans out so I'd have something to get changed into.

Grabbing my clothes and my makeup bag I headed to the bathroom that was in between mine and Maxx's room. Locking the door behind me I started the shower, throwing my clothes onto the counter as I slipped out of my hoodie and shorts, untying my hair and stepping into the shower.

Soap from my hair ran down my back along with the warm water, running my hands through my long pastel blue hair. Soon enough I stepped out of the shower, wrapping my hair up in one towel as I dried the rest of my body off.

I slipped my underwear and jeans over my thighs and buttoned the jeans at my hips before hooking my bra behind my back and pulling my hoodie over my head, letting the towel I had previously wrapped my hair in come off so I could blow dry it. I grabbed two hair bands from my makeup bag and set them on the counter as I ran my hairbrush through my hair, sectioning it into two sections, braiding each side.

By the time I finished that the mirror had de-steamed itself so I started on my makeup, just covering my eyes with pink eyeshadow and putting on a shit ton of mascara before slipping my socks and shoes on and walking out of the bathroom where Maxx had been waiting.

"How long have you been out here?" I asked slightly surprised to see him actually out of bed.

"Like two minutes, I was scrolling through my twitter." He smiled, walking into the bathroom and doing what he needed to do. I headed back into my room, putting my dirty clothes in my bag as well.

I grabbed one more bag from my closet and grabbed all my little trinkets that I needed to take with me; pictures of Cody and I, notebooks, books, my laptop and chargers, speakers. I wrapped all of that stuff in my bedsheets and shoved them into the bag. I grabbed a trash bag and rolled my comforter up and put it in the bag, throwing it down the stairs. I grabbed my Twenty one pilots blanket and my pillows and threw them down as well.

Dan and Zach started bringing their stuff down the stairs as well, handing the stuff off to Cody who was packing all of it into the trailer we had attached to the back of our van.

I shoved my makeup bag into my bag full of clothes and shut them all. I lugged them down the stairs and started to help Cody put them into the trailer before running back into the house to grab my smaller backpack that had my wallet, keys, and a pocket knife and my hand gun inside. I threw it over my shoulder and grabbed the box of ammo I kept in my side table, grabbing my earbuds and phone off my bed and made my way back downstairs.

"Find a spot in the van, it's about a two day drive so keep your pillows and stuff with you." Cody smiled at me as grabbed my Twenty one pilots blanket from the floor along with my pillows and threw them into the van closest to the wall, leaving room for someone else to lay next to me. The back could fit about four people to lay and sleep so we would all take shifts and one of us would have to sleep with the others stuff. My guess was that when it was my turn to drive, if I ever got a turn to drive, that Cody would just use my pillow and blanket.

Maxx tiredly walked out of the house tiredly with his bags in hand. Handing them off to Zach who threw them into the trailer, Maxx ran back into the house and came back with a pet carrier with Pistol inside and his pillow and blanket. he sat her on the floor of the front passenger seat and threw his other stuff into the back of the van, setting up a spot to sleep next to me, Dan next to him, and Zach at the foot of all of us. Maxx set down a backpack, resting his pillow on top. I put my small bag next to the wall by my head.

"You sure you're okay with moving again Scarlett?" Dan asked, remembering how I took the last move.

"I'm never fine with it, but I'll live. I guess it's better than being shot." I laughed, crawling over Zach's spit and into mine, leaning against the back of the drivers seat.

"I'm not to happy about it either." Both Cody and Maxx admitted in unison.

Everyone crawled into the back of the van except Cody, he shut the trailer and the van doors and hopped into the front of the van and started up and we started driving down state.

Maxx had pulled his handgun from the back of his pants and scratched the side of his head with the barrel of it before shoving it into his backpack and laid back onto his pillow, pulling his blanket over himself.

He was so peaceful.

Dan and Zach were fighting over the Aux cord like they always did, I just plugged my earbuds into my phone and started to play my music as I lauds back facing away from Maxx, my blanket pulled up over my shoulders.

TV head by Elliot Lee pumped through each tiny speaker, my phone buzzed with texts from Austin. I blocked his number after that. I'm starting over.
