Ice blankets the tundra land
Vile serpents crawl to the lands unmanned
As the soldiers rejoice
The serpents make gold of this choice
They use the treacherous tundra like fort
The insurgents rise in their support
Then the warriors took back our glory
The scene bloodied and was gory
They all say freedom is free
The lost souls at border they dont see This blood that dripped deep crimson
Signifies the sacrifise and the saffron
Thats why we celebrate this victory
Which makes us feel proud and jitteryThe cause of the war was the infiltration of Pakistani soldiers disguised as Kashmiri militants into positions on the Indian side of the LOC,which serves as the de facto border between the two states.
