I originally wanted to post this as one giant chapter, but realized quickly that it would be waaay too long. So instead I divided it into two parts, where this part is 7k and part two a bit shorter.

I promised you some drama

So things are getting real dramatic in this one *evil chuckle*

Brace yourselves, because one of the main dramatic chapters in the entire book is about to unfold and I promise you; shit is going to hit the fan.

The two weeks that followed our spontaneous slumber party have been intense, to say the very least. We've had an inhumanely large amount of homework, assignments and exams during this period which means that the whole gang had basically been camping in either the school's library or Baekhyun's house, studying until our brains turned into fried crisps only to repeat the process the next day all over again.

However, today marks the day of the official end for our suffering. The last exam has been written which means that now a couple of days of much needed freedom awaits us.

And what better way to unwind from the stress than a party hosted by Baekhyun?

Even though the memories of the last party sends me through cringe-and-shiver valley and back, I still looked forward to finally allow myself to let loose with my best friends.

So almost immediately after the bell rang and we handed in our last exams, we all fled out of the school doors faster than lightning to get home to get ourselves ready for the pre-party. I rushed through the shower as soon as I got home and threw on some chill clothes, before heading back downstairs with my bag containing the party outfit and other necessities that I had packed the night before. My mom was nice enough to drive me and Areum to Baekhyun's house since neither of us plan to get through this night sober. She even hands us a bottle of rosé wine when finally dropping us off.

"This is just a little treat to get the night started, but don't forget to eat something before you start drinking or else you'll pass out before you even get to the seventh shot. And I don't want my girls to be seen as weaklings now," she says with one finger pointing at us in a warning manner. "Oh and don't mix wine and vodka, that'll make you throw up like a fountain at two am. Trust me, been there done that."

Why is my mom so much cooler than me.

"Thank you for the drinking advice, mom," I say through gritted teeth with a pained smile, realizing that I'm probably the only teenager that has ever said that to their parent.

"Now you girls have fun! And make sure to lock the bedroom doors, you don't want anyone walking in and ruining the mood when you're having s-"

"BYE MOM," I slam the door shut before she can finish her sentence. Unfortunately I already knew how it was going to end, and that made me feel just a little bit sick. I let out the biggest internal sigh before we walk towards the front door.
