"Who was that?" Angelle asked her brother. She noticed he looked pale and stunned. Angelle took the phone from him and looked at the screen. There was no information as to whom had called. She tried to call the person back, but got nothing. "Seriously, Aiden, who was on the phone?" Her tone was now laced with worry.
Aiden sat down on the bed. "Destroy it." He said.
"Creepy." Angelle said and sat beside him. "That's it? Destroy it?"
Aiden nodded and met her eyes with his. "I think it was the woman I was dreaming about." He shivered. "I remember the little girl that sold it to me. She grabbed the five bucks and ran off with a smile on her face."
Angelle got chills. "Just leave it in the drawer, okay? Please."
Aiden nodded and began thinking why is this happening?
"Who was on the phone?" Thier mother asked from the doorway.
Aiden turned to look at her. "Just a telemarketer asking questions. I hung up on them."

Sera, Mrs. Reylen and William were down at the police station. They were going through everything about the day that she'd "Passed."
"This makes no sense." Sera said in a frustrated tone. "There has to be a solid reason why I'm back from wherever I was."
"You mean Heaven?" William said.
Sera shook her head. "No. I never walked into a white light. It was more of a gray fog than anything else."
Reylen spoke up. "Maybe we should get the church involved."
Sera stood up. "No, I don't want anyone else knowing except my parents. Please call them down here."
"Is it really a good idea, Sera? I mean they'll freak out and then some." Reylen said as she sat down.
Sera grew angry with her. It had been the thing she'd requested most. She was beginning to think Reylen had an alterior motive. Was she stuck in a game? A maze or worse her own prision. She had to trust someone, but who. Were these people stuck in a skin suit and really aliens? Could they be working for the Devil or God or some other invisible being she couldn't see?

"I need some air." Sera told them and went to leave.
"Wait." Will said, "I'll take a walk with you."
Hmm . . . Protector or Evil doer? Sera was curious to find out, but not that curious. "Yeah, sounds good." She told him.
"Don't go far. Please stay close to here for your own safety." Reylen said and walked out of the room first.
Reylen didn't give her an answer about contacting her parents either. Sera looked around the parking lot. "Let's go this way." She walked quick to her left. Will followed her closely.
"Where are we heading?" Will asked her.
Sera headed toward the CVS about a five minute walk away. "Just wanna browse. I don't have any money."
"If you really want something I'll buy it for you." Will said with a sweet smile.

"Thanks." Sera said as they entered the store. After minutes of browsing, memories of Make-Overs and Sleepovers with her friends came back to her. As much as she wanted to tell Tirra and Hyshi she was alive, she just hadn't.
