Chapter 20

Daniella's POV

I knew I was in deep trouble with The Authority ever since Monday, because on Friday I have a handicap match with Nikki against Alicia Fox, Cameron, Rosa Mendes, and Eva Marie. Nikki and I of course will most likely lose since we had to have one of our hands tied behind our backs, while everyone else got to use both of their hands.

I sighed as I headed into the arena by myself looking for Nikki but I ran into Cameron.

"Aww Daniella, how's your shoulder doing?" she asked fake worried.

"Even with a hurt shoulder, I can still whip your ass Cameron, you should know that by now." I tell her through clenched teeth.

"Ha girl bye." she said whipping her hair in my face.

"Don't you like starting fights Daniella." I heard someone say.

"Ughh what do you want Seth?" I asked annoyed.

"I just wanted to see how you were holding up, you know since The Authority is targeting you."

"I'm doing alright since I know I will beat you guys at Battleground."

"That's not what you were showing on Sunday when you had a temper tantrum in front of millions of people."

"That's because they involved my family in this, which you started by mentioning their name." I said poking his chest.

He put his hands on my shoulders putting more pressure on my left one rather than my right shoulder. I winced when he pressed down more and he automatically stopped.

"Looks like you're still not 100 percent, that's too bad since I'll have to fight a person who isn't going to bring 100 percent to the fight." he says pouting.

"I'm pretty sure I will, whether I'm injured or not, I can whip The Authority's ass and I'll prove that at Battleground. See ya Seth." I say before continuing to walk away from him.

Seth's POV

I grin as she walked away with confidence but I knew she really didn't have confidence for this match or for Battleground. I shake my head until I run into X Pac who's glaring at me. I gulp and smile sheepishly at him.

"I don't know what you guys did to Razor to make him all buisnessy, but one way or another, you guys will wish you never had." he threatens before walking out of the arena.

I sigh walk by Hunter's office over hearing him talking to someone.

"Alright Razor you try to convince them and then we'll have a deal." I hear Hunter say.

I walk by the office and walk towards the ring when Daniella's voice was ringing through the hall. I walk towards her voice and I see with her headphones on warming up.

Maybe you were right

But baby I was lonely

I'm tired of being sorry

No one sees me

But the silver moon

I smile as she sang along to the song and looked at the clock and had to run to make it to the ring. Once I get there I was out of breath since she was all the way in the back of the arena. I regain my breath and I look up to see my opponent to be Heath Slater. I mentally roll my eyes and we start the match which I dominated from the very beginning.
