Daniella's POV

The car ride to the hotel was a comfortable silent. I got there in 10 minutes and Seth didn't say anything when I parked the car.

When he got out I stayed in the car. He turned around and looked at me confused.

"You going to come in?" Seth asked me.

"No, I'm gonna go somewhere for the weekend. I need time by myself this whole weekend without distractions." I tell him starting the car again.

"You be careful though."

"I'll try."

I pulled up into a two-story house which was surprising. I walked up the steps slowly and pulled out the key that was in the envelope. Opening the door I saw the living room, dining room, and kitchen just by opening one door.

"My dad sure did have a nice secret house." I mumbled to myself.

I shut the door and put my bags against the wall. As I walked around the house, I could hear my footsteps echo around the house. I finally reached the top of the staircase and saw four doors on each side of the walls.

"Isn't this a fun little adventure." I muttered to myself.

Opening the first door on the left, there was a small guest room with a closet. The room was a light shade of purple and had white sheets on the bed as well as a white dresser.

I walked out of the room and walked across the hall. Once my hand touched the doorknob, there was a knock on the front door.

Seth's POV

I don't know why I followed her from the hotel. Something felt weird about her not staying and I just needed to make sure she was okay. Now look at me, standing in front of a house and not even sure if she wants me here.

"Come on Daniella, open the door." I mumbled to myself.

I stood there for two minutes until it started to pour. Mother Nature has got to be kidding me right now. I decided to knock again and hopefully she could hear me over the rain.

Just when I was giving up hope, the door opened and she looked confused. I mean, who wouldn't be confused when someone is standing in the rain waiting outside your house.

"What are you doing here Seth?" she asked opening the door wider.

"I was driving around and I noticed the car so I decided to stop by." I quickly lied.

She nods her head and let me in. The house itself is pretty nice, nothing too major or over the top. Just a simple house to stay at I guess.

I stood in the living room awkwardly when Daniella goes to the kitchen. She steps back in with two cups and some juice.

"Sorry, there wasn't any wine. On the plus side though, there's some apple juice in the fridge that's still good." Daniella says holding the apple juice.

"It's alright Daniella." I take the cup from her.

We sit there with an awkward silence. Glancing over at her, she was looking down at her lap. Come on me, don't screw things up again.

I feel my hand lift up and grab her chin gently, making Daniella look at me. She tilts her head in confusion but I lean in and plant a soft kiss on her lips. I put one hand on her waist while the other one is on the back of Daniella' neck.
