It's complicated

Chapter 43

Daniella's POV

Today was the day. I have to decide whether or not I join The Authority. Having Seth stay at my house didn't help now that I'm dating him.

Everyone was at the arena and we're getting ready. I'm already changed into my ring gear and I was just warming up. That is until arms wrap around my waist and hold me close.

"Hey beautiful." I hear the voice say.

"Hi Seth." I say smiling.

I turn around and look up at him. He's wearing his business suit and carrying his money in the bank briefcase. I plant a small little kiss on his lips and start warming up again.

"So are you going to join The Authority tonight?" he questioned.

"I'm not sure. I'll just wing it like I always do every night." I answer him.

"Well I really want you to join us out there." he practically begs me.

"I'll think about it okay?"

"Alright. I'll see you out there in 15 minutes." he leans down and kisses my lips.

I wave goodbye to him as he walks down the hallway. I sigh and sit down on a crate. Now I have to make up my mind.

"Introducing the divas champion being accompanied to the ring by Emilia, Daniella!" Lillian says loudly.

We both step out and the crowd cheers loudly. Both of us had a title on our shoulder. Emilia had her NXT women's championship while I had the divas championship. Nikki stared at me while Stephanie was talking to her.

I stepped in first and raised my title above my head. The referee grabbed it and raised it in the air. Stephanie and Emilia stepped out of the ring, leaving just me and Nikki with each other.

I hear the bell ring and I waste no time going after Nikki. I take her to the floor and hit her head on the mat. The referee pulls me off and waits until Nikki gets up. She crawls to the corner and Stephanie is already telling her what to do.

Smirking I line Nikki up to go for a spear but she rolls out of the ring. I groan and watch as she discusses plans with Stephanie.

"You guys should've planned this backstage!" I shout at them.

Nikki glares and tries jumping in but I drop kick her to the floor. I honesty don't know why Nikki gets a shot at my championship. She hasn't earned this match. There's plenty of girls who deserve to face me.

Nikki steps in slowly and the referee puts his arm in front of me. I wait for Nikki to at least put up a fight but it was the same like the last time. Never once did she gain the upper hand.

I got Nikki in position to go for the spear but Stephanie jumped on the apron. Emilia ran towards Stephanie and pulled her off. The crowd cheered and I turned back around to Nikki.

Nikki faced me and I speared her. The referee counted as I went for the pin. Once the bell rang I jumped up and Emilia hugged me. I grabbed my title and raised it in victory as the crowd cheered.

Seth's POV

This was it. Daniella has to join The Authority. I'm standing with Randy, Dean, Kane, and Hunter as we walk down the ramp. Daniella was standing there with Emilia holding her title close to her chest.

"Now Daniella, you have a very important decision to make. You either make the wise choice and join us," Hunter started getting in the ring,"or you can make the wrong one and keep rebelling against us."

Daniella looked at all of us and licked her lips. I silently prayed she would just agree on joining us, that way we can date without getting in trouble. Emilia grabbed two microphones and handed one to Daniella one.

"Wow Hunter. You must think you've got everything figured out don't you?" Emilia asked him.

Hunter nodded while everyone looked on. Daniella and Emilia looked at each other before laughing uncontrollably. I raised an eyebrow and Stephanie snatched the microphone from Daniella.

"Listen here you little brat! We are tired of your little games. Now give us your answer!" Stephanie screamed.

"Well Stephanie since you put it like that, I think I have to decline. I told you guys that this title is never going to The Authority and I mean it." Daniella declared.

She motioned her head and her and Emilia got out of the ring. They were jumping over the barricade when I called Daniella's name.

"Daniella! You either join The Authority or we will have you stripped of divas champion!" I yelled.

What did I just do. Daniella stopped and looked at me with shock. I gave her a pleading look and motioned her to get in the ring.

Daniella's POV

What was Seth doing. I know he wanted me to join them but threatening to take the title away? I looked down at the title and walked towards the ring.

I was almost near the ring when I heard a voice call my name. I turned around and saw a little girl holding a cardboard divas title and my t-shirt.

"Please don't do it Daniella!" she called out to me.

Behind her though, I saw him. I saw my dad and he was staring at me. I tilted my head and I could hear his voice out of everyone screaming no.

"Daniella, go rebel a little more. Make me proud like you always do." his voice said.

I smiled and turned back around and Seth was holding the bottom rope for me. I took a deep breath and grabbed another microphone.

"Seth, as far as I'm concerned, all of you can take this title and shove it far up your asses!" I yelled at them.

I threw the title on the ground and dropped the microphone. Stephanie and Hunter were yelling at the guys and they pointed at me. I turned around and started running up the stairs with Emilia.

They stopped chasing us when they got to the barricade. I smirked at them and told them to turn around. Little did they know, Dean and I were on good terms and he wanted to leave The Authority for awhile now.         

Dean attacked Randy and Kane from behind as Hunter yells from the ring. I couldn't helped but smile as they ran up the ramp. Seth stared at me and I blew him a kiss before walking up the stairs. I just can't wait until tomorow night on Raw.
