I hear the struggle behind me and im pulled up and turned. His knife sitting on my throat "I suggest you all stop!"
Everyone looks our way and I cant look anyone in the eye. But I know everyone's listened.
"You hurt her-"
"What dog? You'll kill me? You'll be dead before her if you tried!"
He growls and I look up at him "Harjo. Its ok" he shakes his head at me "its alright... leave"
"No!" He growls
I close my eyes "let them all go... thats all I ask"
"Thats very sweet, but-"
"Father!" I look up at the Gates. Justin throws himself off the moving horse "what are you doing?!" He stands with Harjo and just looks at everything "let her go"
"As if I'd make you marry this little brat! Come on son! The kingdoms yours! You dont even have to marry the bitch!"
I stare at him "you want Tisban...its yours. Let them go"
"What?! No!" Justin takes a step closer "you didnt tell me this!" Justin growls "you lied to me!"
"Of course I did! You'd never allow this to happen! But! You all heard her" the blade at my neck comes away.
"NO! NO! I LOVE HER!" His eyes go wider than should be possible "I love her! I always did! Please!"
"No you didnt! You want the castle"
"Fuck the castle! I don't give a shit about the castle! I only ever wanted her"

The place has gone still and I just keep my eyes on Justin... 'i love you too'
"Well... its to late to do much else really... you'll go down as the man who got both the people he cared about killed"
I close my eyes "No!"
"Trish!"
Something sharp goes through my spine and I just gasp. Noise exploding around me. Growls, roars. Screams. Cries. And yet its all the same noise. Everything moving together. Harjo jumps over me and the sharp pains torn from me. Now its just a burning as I try keep to my feet. But Justin grabs me and falls to the ground "no, no, no, no! This cant be happening!"
I look up at him and smile "you was going to marry me..."
He sobs and nods "you were always going to be mine..."
I trail my fingers across his lips "you are going to make an incredible husband Justin... you... you can make this kingdom amazing"
He shakes his head "no... this is yours. This is meant for you!"
"Trish..." I look over at Harjo and smile.
"Thank you"
His eyes glaze over and he takes a deep breath "no baby... no, thank you"
"We... we would have been a pain in the arse together"
He smiles "nah... no we wouldn't"
He closes his eyes and Ive never seen Harjo cry. Ive never seen him struggle for breath "you know... im not scared to die"
"Your not going to die!" Im pulled from Justin and Toby picks me up. I have to grab his collar and lock my jaw just not to scream. God damn! "someone! Get a medic!"
"Toby... Toby" he looks down at me "thank you for always being my dad"
He chokes and shakes his head "no! Shar! Help her! You have to do something"
Shar looks at me "I'm sorry"
I smile "Death is just as important as birth right?"
"She cant die! You cant let her die!"

I look up at Pip and smile "hey Pip... hi..."
He gulps and smiles "what have you got yourself into now... hmm?"
"Dont cry Pip... I couldnt ever handle it" I sob and take his hand "you was always so much stronger than me"
He chokes up and rests his forehead on me. Before taking a deep breath "I'll make sure none of them kill eachother"
I smiles "thank you" I take a deep breath. Its getting harder. I open my eyes to Matiloni

"I have a lot of people up there to look after me"
He smiles and kisses my head "its just like sleeping"
"No! You must be able to do something!"

"Im here" he holds me to him and strokes my hair back.
"Tell me a chapter" I whisper.
He nods "alright... I waited at the end of the aisle... A-and Im a mess! Im sweating! Im terrified. What if she doesn't come..." I smile and close my eyes for a second "but she didnt let me down. She wears... she wears the most beautiful dress... and I'll never be able to forget what I see... and she was mine! We knew we found our happily ever after like you always wanted"

"I've not done it!" Someones arguing. But I dont want to think about that. I just want him to hold me.
Justin looks up at the arguing but I just hold him "Trisha... stay with me. Just for a little bit longer. The witch she can do something"
"I cant! Ive not practiced anything like that!"

"Whats the cost?" I dont think anyone heard me. I could hardly hear it. Just... a little bit longer "whats the cost?"
Shar stares at me "its a life Patrisha... I cant claim one without taking one"
The place goes quiet "me... I'll do it" Justin strokes the hair away from my face and kisses me "I'll do it"
