"So, Valiant, do you think you stand a chance of defeating my son?" Uther smirked at his son who huffed, while Quinn poured his drink. "He is a great warrior, My Lord. I do hope to be a worthy opponent." Valiant smirked towards Quinn who winced as Merlin peeks into the Council Chamber. Quinn seeing her brother, gave him a nod, telling him to quickly get on with his mission. "You should stay in Camelot after the tournament. I could do with more knights like you." Uther smiled as Arthur rolled his eyes, "I'd be honoured, My Lord." Valiant watched Arthur smile towards Quinn with a certain look in his eyes all the while Merlin heads to Valiant's guest chambers.

Gaius drains some venom from the snake head, as Quinn enters unnoticed to them, with tears in her eyes and a red cheek.
"I'll get started preparing the antidote." Gaius frowned at Quinn, "I'm going to tell Arthur." Merlin frowned as he watched Quinn disapear into their room. "You'll need this." Gaius hands Merlin the snake head, "And Merlin, what you did was very brave." Merlin nods with a small smile, his eyes glancing towards the door before he slowly leaves on his mission.
Gaius entered Quinn chambers to see her tending to her face, causing him to rush over to him. "What happened?" He rushed out as he sat her down. She slowly looked up at him before she started to sob.

The small dinner had ended and Arthur had stormed off with a frown, while Valiant had cornered Quinn in the hall, "Will you cheer for me tomorrow?" He smirked as he pulled her closer only to have her try and wiggle away. "Please, let me go" She huffed as his grip tightened, "Stop Moving!" He growled, pulling his hand back and smacking her. She gasped as he finally pulled away and walked off, her hand on her face as she rushed away with tears.

Gaius frowned as he tended to the girl who had fallen asleep on her bed, as Merlin came in later saying he could get a audience with the king.

Valiant is escorted through the Square to the Council Chamber of Doom. Arthur frowned at Quinn as she had her head down, and just before he could walk over to her Uther enters the room. "Why have you summoned the court?" Uther demanded as Arthur stepped up, "I believe Knight Valiant is using a magic shield to cheat in the tournament." Arthur spoke, glancing at Quinn who had looked up. Arthur eyes turned angry and dark when he saw the bruise forming on her face. "Valiant, what do you have to say to this?" Uther asked, needing his sons attention back on the matter, not starting at the maid. "My Lord, this is ridiculous. I've never used magic. Does your son have any evidence to support this outrageous accusation?" His voice made Quinn flinch, causing Arthur to frown as he looked between them. "Do you have evidence?"
"I do." Arthur growled glaring at Valiant as he motions for Merlin to come forward, who hands Uther the snake head. "Let me see this shield." Uther is handed the shield, Merlin turns to Arthur. "Don't let him get too close." Arthur nodded at Merlin, "Be careful, My Lord." Arthur draws his sword. Uther inspects the field. Gaius enters the room.
