Episode 04
----------Bayard and his men arrive in Camelot, they meet Uther his men in the Throne Room. "Camelot welcomes you, Lord Bayard of Mercia. The treaty we sign today marks and end to war and a beginning to a new friendship between our people." Uther and Bayard grasp arms, both parties applaud while Nimueh stares Merlin down, smirking when she sees Arthur stare at Quinn, who stood on the side with a gentle smile.
Later that day, Merlin passes Gaius and Quinn while carrying a heavy bag. "Why do I always get landed with the donkey work?" Quinn made a donkey noise with a smile, "You're a servant, Merlin. It's what you do." Merlin sticks his tongue out at Quinn. "My arms will be a foot longer by the time I get this lot inside." Merlin huffed causing Gaius to laugh, "It's character building. As the old proverb says, hard work breeds...a harder soul." Quinn turned to Gaius with a funny look, while Merlin tilted his head.
"There is no way that's a proverb. You just made that up." Merlin told the man, "No. I didn't." Gaius denied half heartedly as Nimueh fakes a fall right in front of Merlin. "Sorry." She muttered as Merlin helps her, "It's alright. Excuse me." She gave a small smile, "Let me give you a hand with that." Merlin crouches down and catches Nimueh's eye. They stand up, "Hi. I'm Merlin." Merlin shakes Nimueh's hand. "Cara. You're Arthur's servant. That must be such an honour."
"Oh, yeah. It is. Well, you know, someone's got to keep the place running." Quinn snorted at her brother, who elbows her in the side. "Thank you, Merlin." Nimueh smiles falsely, "Hmm?" Merlin looks down at the pillow he picked up for her. "Oh, right. Yeah. Er, no problem." Quinn's eye twitched, she didn't like this girl. "It was nice meeting you." She smiled, but Quinn frowned as Merlin watches her leave. "Shouldn't you be busy running the place?" Gaius laughs and Quinn rushes to find Arthur.

Quinn sets down Arthur's clothes for the feast and reels backwards, covering her face. "When's the last time these were cleaned?" Arthur winced a little, then shrugged. "Last year some time. Before the feast of Beltane." She wanted to smack him for being so gross. "Did it end in a food fight?" She smirked with a small smile, "Don't all feasts?" Arthur turned to her, pulling her closer, still shirtless. "I wouldn't know. The heirs and graces of the court are a mystery to me." She shrugged lightly with a smile as Merlin enters the room, causing them to jump apart.
"Not tonight they won't be." Arthur smirks at them, causing Quinn to glare at him lightly. "I'm gonna be at the banquet?" Merlin asked as he walked over with a frown. "Not quite. You'll be there to make sure my cup doesn't run dry. If I have to sit through Bayard's boring speeches, I don't see why you should get out of it. Be sure to polish the buttons. Do you want to see what you'll be wearing tonight?" Quinn quickly shook her head as Merlin looked at himself. "Won't this do?" He asked with a frown.
Arthur though, angry at the interruption, smirked at Merlin. "No. Tonight you'll be wearing the official ceremonial robes of the servants of Camelot." Arthur holds them up for Merlin and Quinn to see, "You can't be serious." Both sibling gaped at the man, both for different reasons.
