Quinn had fallen asleep in Arthur's arms that night and in the morning she was in his bed. Arthur has been on the floor which made her smile. He was the sweetest when they were alone together, but when he was around others it was like a switch was flipped. He became guarded and distant, yet either way she wouldn't take him any other way no matter who he was around people or not.

Merlin walks down the corridor as Quinn cleaned out Arthur's room again, just before heading to Lady Morgana's chambers. "Help!" Merlin stops to look for the owner of the voice. Merlin enters the Square, "Help me! Please." Merlin stops to look around again and sees Mordred sitting by a stone ledge, looking at him. "Please. You have to help me." Merlin realises the boy is using telepathy, "Help me." Merlin sees the guards enter the Square.
"Search in there. Take the other side. You, did you see a boy run in here?" Merlin shook his head in slight confusion, "They're searching for me." The boy spoke towards Merlin in panic, "Why are they after you?" Merlin asked the boy with a frown, "They're going to kill me."
"Guards! In here!" Merlin runs to a side door, looks at the guards, and then nods to Mordred. "This way. Run. Run!" Mordred runs to Merlin, holding his wounded arm.
"Hey. There he is! Alert the rest of the guards!" Merlin grabs Mordred's hand and they run up the Griffin Stairway, "In there. Quick, down there. We've got 'im!" Merlin and Mordred run up the curved stairs.
Merlin bursts into Morgana's chambers with Mordred falling quickly behind, both Quinn and Morgana turned to find the two boys panting and out of breath. "Have you forgotten how to knock, Merlin?!" Morgana snapped only to have Quinn place her hand on Morgana's shoulder.
"The guards are after him. I didn't know what to do." Quinn quickly pushes Morgana to hid her brother and the little boy as she walked towards the door, "My Lady? My Lady?" Quinn waits until Merlin and Mordred are behind the curtain to open the door, "Yes?" Morgana asked coming up to Quinn and places a hand on her shoulder.
"I'm sorry to disturb you, My Lady. We're searching for a young Druid boy. We believe he came this way." Morgana smiled at the guards before shaking her head, "I haven't seen anyone. It's just me and Arthur's maid."
"Best keep the door locked till we find him." The guard huffed slightly before leaving the room with a shout of command to the rest of his men. "Of course. Thank you." Morgana closes the door and runs to check on Mordred, but when they pulled the curtain back Merlin's hand is covered in Mordred's blood.

After seeing what happened, Quinn quickly excused herself to find Arthur an tell him only to be met with him in the great hall with his father. "The Druid was only in Camelot to collect supplies. He meant no harm. Is it necessary to execute him?" Arthur made eye contact with Quinn for a second before he slowly backed up towards her.
