chapter 20: hey, Bryce right?

A/N IDK WHO THE GIRL IN THE MIDDLE IS BUT HERE IS ELLIE AND ANNIE! VICTORIA, AND NINA LOOK LIKE FREAKING TWINS THOUGHHHH!!!!!

Ellie's POV

"NO WAY YOU HAVE A DATE WITH ALEXANDER BEC!!!" My crazy, lunatic, best friend squealed. I don't think it is really all that important to scream in the middle of the school halls. Probably not the best place to tell her... good one Ellie

"Yeah, and calm down a few notches" i tell her and look around to see who was listening. Thank god there was only the emo kid.

"I can't believe this!!!" Annie squealed again. Oh my god can she not?

"Believe what?" a voice said behind me. I turned around and saw Nick.

"Nicky boiiiiii" Noah said from beside me. Yeah he was here this whole time. No, not helping me with the whole Annie thing. Yes, i told him, but he was hurt because i didn't tell him the second it happened but he got over it.

"Hey, Noah" Nick said flatly. Probably mad about the nickname. Oh well.

"So, what is it that Annie can not believe?" Nick asked again. I took a deep breath but before i could get the words out.

"Ellie has a date with Alex" Noah and Annie say at the same time before i can. I glare at them and Nick gasps

"Whaaaat?" We walk into homeroom and i sit down and try to ignore everyone.

"Ellison Marie Anderson" Nick says from beside me. I turn to him and raised an eyebrow

"Yes?" he rolls his eyes and opens his mouth to speak, but before he can say anything thing the door slams open. We all look up and i smile. Annie looks at me and smiles slightly.

"Hey Ellie. Girl and guys" Alex greets and sits next to me. Alex bends down and whispers hey to me. I don't know why but that made me blush and look down. Someone nudges me and i look up. I see Annies smirking face, Noah's proud smile, and Nicks confused expression.

Nick was the first one to break the silence.

"So when did this happen" Nick pointed at us.

"I don't know a few days ago" i say and look down. What? Nick can be intimidating when he is playing the big brother role...

Nick eyes us for a few more seconds then sighs.

"If you hurt her i won't hesitate to get out my hammer" Nick says full of seriousness. I snort and look up to Alex to see his widened eyes. He nods really fastly, and i laugh. He's cute when he's scared.

Alex looks down and sticks his tongue out. In return i do too. I know we are so mature.

"Awwwwwww" Annie coos and i turn red, and Alex's cheeks turn light pink.

"Yall are soooo cute!!!" i turn to look at her and she has on a loveful face. Eugh.

"Annie stop" i say clearly embarrassed. She smirks and opens her mouth to embarrass me again.

"But i can't!! You got a serious boyfriend before me!!" she squeals. It's true though. Even though we aren't dating... Annie has never had a real relationship. She has had this one boyfriend but that was more like 'you can only have sex with me' 'and don't kiss anyone else' so yeah. There wasn't really any feelings involved.

"We're not dating" i state. Annie rolls her eyes.

"Yeah, but your going on a date. A date leads to dating. Then that leads to sex. Sex leads to babies. Babies leads to marriage, marriage leads to a life... so yeah" i scrunch my eyebrows together and my mouth hangs open. What the heck is she on?

I look at her like she is crazy and she smiles sweetly. I look over to Alex, Nick, and Noah and they all have the same face as me on.

"Yeah okay, Annie" i say and laugh. Soon after that everyone else joins in to.

Me and Annie, and Noah walk into the cafeteria and sit down at a random table. Nick comes soon after.

We start talking about how mr. hamilton (the principle) is annoying. He really is.

The chair next to me scrapes and i look up and see Alex with his friends. I raise an eyebrow and he smiles. I smile back and his friends sit at the table. I guess they are invited too.

I notice that one of Alex's friends Bryce i think keeps looking at Annie. Ooooohhh. I smile and watch Annie as she looks up and catches Bryce staring she blushes and looks down. Is there something i'm missing?

"What are you thinking about?" Alex questions me. I shake my head. Is there something going on between them? Guess i will have to find out.

"Nothing important" i say and smile. He smiles back and puts his arm around my shoulders. I love the feeling i get once he touches me. It's like a million fireworks are exploding. Can i be falling for him?

The lunch bell just rang and i was packing up my stuff when someone taps on my shoulder. I look up and see Bryce.

"Ugh hey" he says awkwardly and scratches the back of his neck.

"Hey, bryce right?"

"Yeah. uhm i was wondering if your friend Annie was seeing anyone right now?" my eyes widen and i smile really big.

"Nope!" i say really happily and Bryce sighs and looks relieved.

"Uh okay. Do you think she might say yes if i ask her out?" he asks me. I raise my eyebrow. Is this man blind?

"Uhm by the way she blushed when she caught you staring i think you have a pretty good chance" i say and smirk he blushes and looks down. Awwww he really likes her!!

"Okay. thank you" he says. I nod and start walking to spanish. Ughhhh

'Ring , ring' i run downstairs and open the door

"Yes, Annie?" i ask

"You'll never believe what just happened!!!!" she screamed. Wait did he ask her?

"Enlighten me Annie" i say trying to stay calm. I don't know if he asked her yet

"Bryce just asked me out!" she squeals. I squeal with her and start fangirling.

"You said yes right?" i ask. Please say yes. I mentally prayed

"Of course i did" i sigh in relief and smile.

"Why aren't you shocked? Your acting pretty calm about this" she asks. I can feel her getting confused. Haha.

"Bryce asked me at lunch if you were seeing anyone and asked me if you would be interested" i say. Annie's mouth hangs open for about 2 minutes before she closes it

"You knew this whole day and you don't tell me!!!!!!!!" sje shouts and i laugh.

"Whatever Annie qw have more important things to do" i say trying to change the subject

She groans but agrees, but then smiles

"Let's get you all hot for your date!!!!!!!!"
