My son and I have now been living with Tommy and Trinity for 2 months now, and things slowly began to come together, except for the fact, that Kristoffer has been nonstop calling and texting me begging to give him another chance and that he really missed me and his son. When I didn't respond in the way he wanted, he began fighting and arguing with me over the phone, but when I started to ignore his calls altogether, he started texting and leaving me very threatening voicemails. I thought about changing my phone number, but since he was still my husband he could just get my new number as well.

When Tommy heard some of the messages he sent me, he dialed him up and gave him a few threats himself telling him to go ahead and fucking try, and see what he fucking gets. When it came to being a badass, I wasn't really sure which one was meaner or tougher than the other, but all I did know, was my older brother did have a lot more common sense than Kristoffer did and that was all because my brother was actually sober and didn't have his brains fried from all the fucking drugs and alcohol. Tommy came out of the garage with a huge smile on his face showing Trinity and me that he successfully got his motorcycle rebuilt and that it was running perfectly.

I congratulated him on his accomplishment, then asked him if there was anything he couldn't do with his talent and magical fingers. Tommy took a comical bow as he thanked me and added that if it had wheels and a motor he could build it, fix it and make it run like a top. I was just about to ask him something when I heard AJ crying from the backyard. I was out there and pulling him in my arms instantly asking him what happened. Tommy came running right behind me asking if he was alright. AJ showed me his foot as he said something bitted him. I picked him up and showed his foot to Tommy and asked if he saw anything. Trinity looked around the area where he was playing and pointed out there was an armored velvet ant crawling away.

I asked Tommy if they were poisonous but I said it didn't matter because I was taking him to the doctors anyway just to make sure he wasn't allergic to it. Trinity went over to Brina and said no more of the kids playing out in the backyard until it gets fumigated to get rid of all the bugs both biting and stinging. Once we got to the doctor's office he was still crying from the pain of the sting, the nurse from the front desk said I could take him in right away since there was no waiting line. Dr. Lars came in and checked out my son's foot as I told him what it was that stung him. He said rather quickly that he was having a mild allergic reaction to it, but it wasn't anything to be serious about that with this little antibiotic shot it will be gone by morning.

I couldn't believe it! Just for one lil shot and not even a 2-minute doctor visit it cost me $80.00 fucking dollars! Oh, how I hated being in this fucking state. I finally got my tired lil man back to the house and entered to the enticing aromas of Tommy's Italian specialty for lunch today. One thing about this household, they believed in having good meals three times a day. Trinity said beens it would be a while before it was ready, I could lay AJ down next to Brina for a short nap. I kissed my sleeping lil man on the forehead, then I followed Trinity into the kitchen as I told her how much that dr's excursion cost me, and that I couldn't afford to stay here with them, plus for the fact, that my husband wasn't going to just let me and AJ disappear from him, and that he would be coming for us both sooner or later...and I needed to get out of the state.

Tommy stopped cooking for a moment and said before I could officially and happily start over, I needed to erase the past and get a fucking legal divorce from him, then I could move out of the state with Aj, and start over again fresh, and maybe then in time find a man that was actually worth being with. So for as much as I hated to start the grueling phone calls, I grabbed my cell phone and dialed the government office and asked for the Divorce Court office, and began the over the phone paperwork with one of the officials. It took several hours, but I got thru most of it, when it came to all the possessions in our relationship, I simply told them I didn't want anything from the house or in his account, all I wanted was my car and custody of my son, and that I would go thru the legal channels and tell my side of the story in person if I had too, that my husband wasn't mentally capable of taking care of a child, and I was afraid to even let my son stay with him alone at any time due to his drug and alcohol abuse.

Trinity was serving the food when Tommy came in with AJ in one arm and Brina Bug in the other and told me it was time for lunch. I shook my head as I mouthed to him in a minute, then I walked out the door so my son wouldn't hear what I was saying about his daddy. The lady I was talking with told me how much she sympathized because she was still going thru it herself, and said that she didn't see any problems for me getting all I asked for and so much more, then she said that one of the officers would deliver a divorce hearing paper to my husband and that whether he came or not, I needed to show up after the legal document came to me in the mail. Before I hung up with her I asked her if I had to bring my son, or if I could just leave him out of having to go thru it...but she said sadly beens I was fighting for custody of him, he needed to physically be there for the judges and legal system to visually witness. I gave a troublesome sigh as I hung up with her, then went back to the dining room to enjoy my meal with my family.
