A little after Dawn and I ate, Kendall picked us up and began to drive Dawn home. I looked over at Dawn as we were driving, I just wondered what Alan meant about her. Why was he was interested in her, what made her so interesting. Dawn noticed something was wrong and cuddled next to me. It was sweet of her, but never made feel any less worried of her safety. I couldn't help but feel weak about all this,  I didn't know if Ray told her yet about the Ray incident, I figured not since Mark took him somewhere private, most likely at his house. As we drove, I could feel myself drifting off into slumber. My mind kept waking me up though, kept wanting to make sure Dawn would be home safe. We finally made it to her house and we dropped her off. Before she entered her house, I walked up to her and hugged her tightly. She felt a little surprised, but went along with it. I then kissed her before she went back inside. I don't know why, but I was sure I could feel a tear coming from eye. I didn't want her to leave, but I knew she couldn't see who I truly was. I walked back in the car, feel a little depressed as it was. Kendall noticed and began to talk to me.
"I know what happened, and I understand why your feeling that way."  She said. "Alan is a bastard."
I looked back at her, "I hope me and Ray can beat him." I said.
She just sighed and shook her head. "Does he seriously think you guys will beat him?" She asked me.
"Yeah?" I responded with confusion. "Do you think we won't be able to?"
"I don't think, I know you won't." She responded. "I've handled purple demons, I know powerful they are. Alan is just on whole other level when it comes to them."
"How powerful is Alan exactly?" I asked.
"I don't know exactly, but he's at least twice as powerful as Ray, but most of his power is suppressed since he never gets angry." She responded.
To think that demons run on anger was scary to think about. If Alan ever got angry, who knows how powerful he could possibly be.
"He's also Satan's right hand if that says anything." Kendall pointed out.
Which made things completely worse as it was. If he was his right hand, that shows that how powerful he is to most demons. I don't know how Ray thinks we can beat him.

We finally made it home, only to see Ray with his smirking face. I wonder if he knew something to defeat Alan.
"So how was the rest of the date?" He asked.
"It was fine, just had a nice dinner." I responded. "I got a question for you though."
"Shoot." He said.
"What did Mark want to talk to you about?" I asked.
He looked at me as If I wasn't supposed to know that. "Nothing really, just something happened and he needed my help to fix it."
We all walked inside and I sat on the couch, Ray then sat beside me. He then looked at me once more.
"We need to discuss our plan to defeat Alan." Ray said.
"You mean a plan that's gonna fail." I pointed out.
He then confused at me. "What do you a plan that's gonna fail?" He asked.
"If he's double your strength, even when suppressed in power, how do we have any hopes in beating him?" I asked with slight anger in my tone.
"Look, we can beat him, I know we can." Ray said confidently.
"Stop lying to yourself." I said.
Ray then looked a little sad. I didn't know if I should few sorry for him or not, though, I rather not go on a suicide mission.
"Look I'm sorry I don't agree with you here, but it would be suicide if we were to fight him, especially without back up." I explained.
He nodded and understood what I meant. He then looked away and stared at the T.V. He then began talking once more.
"Do you want to go out and get ice cream tomorrow?" He asked.
"Random, but sure I guess." I responded.
After awhile I went up stares and got into bed. I still felt worried about Dawn, hoping she'll be alright tomorrow. I soon began drifting off again, this time my mind wasn't fighting back.

The next morning, I felt like I had a hangover. I went down stairs and made myself so breakfast. I ate some cereal. My mind still kept thinking about Dawn again. The thoughts that Alan could harm her just pissed me off. I couldn't do anything, even if I wanted to. Ray then walked in the room. He sat in front of me, he looked worried about me.
"What did Alan say to you." He asked.
"It's just that he found Dawn interesting , and that it wasn't the first time someone switched sides." I responded.
"Wait a minute...she can't be." Ray mentioned while looking shocked.
"She can't be what." I asked.
"Nothing, just a stupid thought." I responded, slightly nervous.
HI could tell he was hiding stuff from me, though I was too tired to really ask. He then looked at the time.
"When do you want to get that ice cream?" He asked me. I then looked at the clock.
"Maybe in an hour." I responded.
"Alright then, just let me know and we'll be off." He said.
I nodded and he then left upstairs.

About a little more than an hour later, we then walked outside.
"Wanna walk?" I asked him.
He looked confused but just went along with it.
"Sure, I don't see why not." He responded.
We began walking towards the ice ream store which wasn't far at all, which I was thankful for. When we got there and entered the store. I looked around and saw Dawn Sitting by herself.
"Dawn." I said to her.
She looked up and smiled at me. I walked over to her and sat in front of her.
"What brings you by?" She asked.
"Nothing really, just Ray wanted to get ice cream with me." I responded. "I'm glad to see you're alright."
"Why wouldn't I be?" She asked looking curious.
"Oh, n-nothing, I'm just happy to see you." I responded.
Ray then walked over to me. "What ice cream would you want?" He asked me.
"Um, mint chocolate." I responded.
"Alright." He said and them walked away.
Dawn and I then talked a bit more, getting to know each other just a little bit more. I know that now she's into some block game and even animates it. I was intrigued to know more, but Ray said we had to leave sadly. I kissed her cheek before we left. I looked at Ray as we were walking down the street. He seemed like something bothered him.
"Are you alright?" I asked him.
"Yeah, I'm fine." He reassured.
I just looked away, I could tell something was unsettling him, he looked that way ever since he looked at Dawn again.
After a bit of walking, Heat began to rise again, Ray noticed it to. We turned to our left and down an alley way. Our eyes looked upon our worst enemy. His purple hair and purple eyes, pale skin, and wicked grin.
"Nice to see you guys again, I think it's about time we end this." Alan said with a smirk.
