We continued to watch the news, A smile grew on my face as well as his. This was a moment I've been waiting for. Every ten years, a dragon goes on a rampage. It's been a sport where we have to kill these dragons. Each color shows rare  they are, since it's black,  It's the second rarest. White had always been the rarest to appear, gold being third. Whoever kills the dragon gets the prize. I looked at Ray, he looked excited as ever. He then turned to me, still with a smile.
"This will be a great time to train you." He pointed out. "Come with me, we have to go to the location of where the dragon will enter."
I then looked at him confused. "But the dragon won't be here till tomorrow." I explained.
He then shook his head. "Look, we have to be there early or else other people will beat us to it, also so I can train on how to kill this dragon easy." He explain back.
I then realized I should take this advantage while I still could. The next dragon won't be anytime soon either. I looked back at him and nodded.
"Alright, first lets get our gear."He said.
We went up stairs and grabbed some light armor, nothing that really hid our clothes. We then went outside and we drove to the area the dragon would be at tomorrow around noon.

When we got there, it was almost evening time and a few groups were already set up. We walked around a bit and then Ray found a spot. It was in the middle of where the dragon would enter of the city. Some people stared and laughed at us.
"Dumbasses, are you trying to die?" One person asked while laughing.
"Man, you guys are suicidal!'Other said.
I wanted to talk back, but Ray grabbed my shoulder.
"Let them talk, they'll be speechless in the end." Ray said confidently.
I trusted him, he seemed to know what he's doing. He then set up our spot and went over to me.
"So what now?" I asked curiously.
"Well for starters, you to know how to summon your weapon." He responded with a smirk.
"My weapon?" I asked in confusion.
"Yep like this, So Sa Shinu!" He said while closing his eyes, then a black sword appeared in his hand.
I wondered if I would get the same or would I get different weapons. He then looked at me, still with a smirk on his face.
"Now you do the same."
I closed my eyes and repeated the words "So Sa Shinu," and two swords appeared in my hand. Both were as black as his and were razor sharp. They felt extremely light for what they were. Ray looked at me with astonishment.
"W-what?" I asked nervously.
"Nothing, just that duel wielders are rare to find." Ray responded with a smile.
"Are they any good?" I asked.
"Hell yeah they are. Flat out amazing if they practice enough." Ray responded with excitement.
He then walked back a bit and put his guard up.
"Alright give me everything you got!" Ray ordered.
"Wait what?" I asked in shock.
"I said, give me everything you got!" Ray ordered again.
"But wouldn't that expose us?" I asked quietly.
"Don't go in demon form obviously, now attack!"
I nodded and rushed at him at full speed, it was time for me to start getting good.

I slashed him a few time over and over again, but Ray was able to quickly dodge and block each attack with ease. He was swift and agile, he was impossible to hit.
"Don't go head on, think strategically." Ray explained. "It'll leave you more open."
I then slammed one sword down, which he blocked, then I slashed from the side and his hip. He flinched a bit but quickly recovered, he then kicked me and swung his sword and nearly hitting my neck. It was an inch away from my neck. He then laughed as he looked at me.
"Did I scare you?" He asked while still laughing a bit.
"Jeez you could've killed me." I said.
"Yeah well I didn't so." Ray said.
I sighed and shook my head. I then began to walk away.
"If it makes you feel any better, you did pretty good when you got that hit."
I turned back to him as he said that. I guess he was right, I was able to get a hit. With duel wield I was able to hit him. If I only had one sword, who knows how difficult it  would've been to actually hit him.

We sat at where we were set up. It was night and kind of peaceful. Some groups were having a party while others were sleeping or trying to at least.  Ray and I sat near the car, He was drinking some beer as we were relaxing. I wondered how he plans to kill this dragon, though he did say it was gonna be easy. I've never personally killed a dragon, this would be my first. It's kinda cool that it's the second rarest dragon to be doing this kind of mayhem. I never understood why they do it, but I guess what is there really to understand. I feared Alan wasn't too far away, but I tried to keep the thought out of me head so I didn't have to worry about it. Ray then climbed onto the car and looked at the shinning moon, it full today. He had a big smile on his face, which made me curious.

"Why the smile?" I asked him.
He then looked at me. "Me  and Kendall got together on a full moon, just brings me sweet memories." He responded.
"I wish I had sweet memories like that." I mumbled, which Ray heard.
"Look, you and Dawn will have those memories, I promise." He assured.
"Well you nearly killed me earlier, you sure I'll have those memories?" I asked why chuckling.
He then smiled again. "Like I said before, I wouldn't kill you, I promised you that." He explained.
"I know, it was just a close call." I reminded.
My eyes began to drift and I was just plain tired. Ray noticed but didn't stop me.
"I'll see you tomorrow bud." He said before I blacked out.

The next morning, Ray ran to me and shook me like a mad man. I woke up instantly with confusion in my eyes.
"What the hell?" I asked.
"We have five minutes before the Dragon gets here!" Ray responded in panic.
I quickly got up  and I followed him. We eventually got to a street in which the dragon would enter, again people were confused what we were doing, though I can't blame them either. I didn't really know myself what we were doing. Ray then turned to me with a eagerness on his face.
"Alright, stand twenty four feet away from me on my left." Ray ordered.
I walked to the left till he said stop, when he did, I realized out gap.
"Why so far apart?" I asked.
"When I say go, I want you to swing your swords right." Ray responded.
"A-alright." I said.

About three minutes later,  a huge dust cloud was heading it way and a dark figure could be seen. This was it, a time to see my first dragon. A little bit longer I could see it's glaring purple eyes. The dragon  the entered the front of the street but stopped in front of us.  Everyone looked confused, even Ray.

"Well, well, well...I see you've been waiting for me." A familiar voice said.
Then a figure jumped from the head of the dragon and land in front of us. He had purple hair and eyes, he even had a wicked smile, it was Alan.
"The hell are you doing here?" Ray asked in an angered tone.
"Just wanted to have fun with my dragon, I bet you wanna play to." Alan said with a smirk.
"Hey buddy, this our dragon, get out of here!" A man said from a group.
Alan looked up with annoyance in his face. He stared directly at the man with murderous intent.
"I hate when humans get greedy." Alan said. He then swung his hand up and the man was stabbed to what seemed like a red spike. People began to scream in horror, I wanted to hit Alan, but Ray kept me where I was. Alan then looked back at me.
"Alright boys, let's have some fun."
