Hours have passed already. But Andrei's grin and statement was carved into his mind. It was 9:30 in the night,and Akiyo was in his pj's.
"No…" He grumbled,burrying his whole face with his hands and roughly ruffling his hair. He plomped on the bed by his back,sighing deeply. "Why do I care,anyways ? It's not like it'll kill me if she dies… I'll just let Andrei kill her if he wants to.." He muttered,removing his hands and closing his eyes. But as soon as he met darkness,he saw one thing.
Akahana's crying face,and that long scar across the side of her neck.
"But it'll look like I betrayed her…" He thought,making him open his eyes. "And that scar… I don't want to reopen it…" He sat up,scratching his head.
Akahana entered the room,looking at him. Her eyebrows furrowed in a confused manner,blinking. "What happened to your hair ?" She asked,going to the bed and sitting beside him. Akiyo sighed. "It's nothing.." He grumbled.
Akahana blinked,then just shrugged. "So… You said we're best friends,right ?" She smiled. Akiyo looked at him,then nodded. "Yeah."
"Then let's have call names !" Akahana grinned. Akiyo blinked. "Call names ?"
"Yeah. Names that only us will call each other."
"Like…?"
"Uhm…" Akahana paused for a while,then grinned.
"We'll call ourselves with our last names !" She laid down,adjusting herself. "I'll call you Hoshi. And you'll call me Shio."
"What ?! No ! I don't like my last name ! Change it." Akiyo crossed his arms. Akahana looked at him,pouting. "Then what ?" She grumbled. Akiyo looked at her,then grinned. "Binbo."
"Binbo ?"
"That means 'poor' in japanese." Akiyo laughed. "And it suits you !"
"Shut up !" Akahana sat up,playfully smacking him. "Fine ! I'll be binbo. And because you're a bookworm I'll call you Aisu !" She crossed her arms. Akiyo blinked.
"Aisu ?"

"Ice ?" He looked at her. Akahana nodded. "Yeah. Cause you're cold and you don't talk at times." Akahana laid back down,grabbing the blanket. "Good night !" She laughed,nuzzling her bear and sleeping. Akiyo sighed,laying down beside her and grabbing the blanket.
