Akahana groaned slightly,looking around. She was in a room,with a flickering light bulb. She tried to stand up,but she figured that she tied to a chair.
"Nice ! You're awake !"
Akahana looked up,and her eyes widened in the sight. It was Andrei,holding a pistol with his left hand.
"A-andrei…?"
Andrei grinned. "Hi." He smirked. Akahana glared. "What the hell… Is this some prank ?! Why am I tied ?!" She tried to get away from the thick rope. Andrei sighed,then tsk'd playfully.
"You're so innocent. Of course you're tied. You're my hostage." He grinned. "Don't you remember that Soul Eater fanfic you read on Wattpad before ?"
Akahana blinked. "Fanfic…?"
"Yes. Look,Akiyo's hiding a lot of stuff from you. Should I spell it out ?" Andrei grabbed a chair,then sat in front of her.
"You don't belong here. You belong to the human world. Not in the Soul Eater world." He stated. Akahana's eyebrows furrowed. "Human world…?"
"Yes. To be honest,me and Akiyo are also from that world."
"W-wait ! What are you talking about ?! Akiyo's a weapon,how can he be that 'human' thing ?" Akahana looked at him. Andrei sighed.
"You were a loner in that world. So when the god of other dimensions made a deal with you,you accepted it. You can come here,but you'll forget about the real world and slowly die."
Akahana furrowed her eyebrows,looking away. Yeah,she remembers that headache she had. It just came out of nowhere.
Andrei was about to speak,when…
"I'm here !" Akiyo slammed the door open,fists clenched and heavily breathing. Andrei stood up then looked at him,smirking. "Oh look,here's prince charming ! Let's continue the chit-chat about the real world." He turned the chair around,making Akahana turn to him. Akahana's eyes brightened up,hope slowly rising. "Akiyo !"
Akiyo was about to go to her,but Andrei pointed the pistol at her head. "Go on. Move. You know what happens next." He shoved his other hand in his pocket.
Akahana froze,staying still. Tears started forming from her eyes,scared. Akiyo looked at her. "Shhh… It'll be fine. I'll take you out of here,okay ?" He smiled at her. Akahana slightly nodded in reply.
"What the hell do you want this time…" Akiyo grumbled. Andrei grinned. "Your mission is to make her remember the real world,right ? I'm here to help you."
Akiyo's eyes shot wide. "B-but…"
"In that human world,you wanted to be friends with this guy. But he always turned you down. And that forced you to go to this world. And then,the goddess of balance between life and death gave him a mission to take you back before you die." Andrei bowed slightly,leaning close at her with a smirk. Akahana closed her eyes tightly,making Akiyo's anger rise.
"Get that face of yours away from her !" He yelled,turning his arm to a shotgun. Andrei placed his index finger in the pistol's trigger,still pointing at Akahana's head. He then quickly pointed it to a wall,then released a shot,making Akahana scream slightly. Andrei laughed,then pointed it back at her. "Oops."
"Tch…" Akiyo glared at him. Andrei chuckled. "Oh. And that best friend thing between you both ?" He looked at Akiyo,then smirked.
"That was just because of the mission."
