"1st stage; He already sees you amazing. He does things he won't with other people,and makes you feel special.
2nd stage; Blushes. When you do normal stuff,like shoulder pat or smile brightly,he'll blush. And he'll try to hide it.
3rd stage; Jealousy. He sends glares and a dark aura to every guy who would try to talk to you. But inside,he'll stop himself and deny being jealous.
4th stage; Looking for ways for him to be by your side every minute. And when both of you are in danger,he'll try to think a way to stand out.
And lastly,5th stage; The part when he wants to be with you for the rest of his life. And he'll do anything to make you happy. He'll also protect you from everything bad and dangerous,even if he knows it can kill him."
Akahana fell silent for a while. The fifth stage. It really bothered her. What if Kid's statement was true ? If he's in the 3rd stage already,he's near to the fifth. What if she's too weak at that time and Akiyo wastes his life for her ? Of course it'll make her sad and guilty.
"I'm not going to let that happen…"
"Time's up !" Blackstar opened the door. Both of them squinted as they saw the light from outside. After they both recovered in seconds,Kid went out of the closet. Akahana followed also,fixing her scarf. "What did you both do ?" Liz asked,sounding curious as both of them sat on their places. "Talk." Kid answered,shrugging. Akahana smiled. "Yep. It's not like we'll do another stuff."
"Okay ! Next up !" Patty grinned. Akiyo sighed,shifting and continuing his reading session.
"Akiyo and Maka !"
Akiyo scratched his head,standing up. Maka followed after. Blackstar came with them to lock the door,when he noticed the book Akiyo was holding. He grinned,then grabbed it. "No books,mister !" He smirked. Akiyo looked at him,before sighing. "Fine." He grumbled,then Blackstar shoved them in and locked the closet.
Akiyo sat in the closet,messing his hair slightly. Maka was playing with her pigtails,before looking at him. "So… Talk ?" She blinked. Akiyo looked at her,then sighed. "Sure. Topic ?"
"I dunno… Books ?"
Akiyo perked up. "Sure. How many have you read ?" He asked. "Lost count. Around 143 I guess." Maka laughed. Akiyo chuckled. "If I'll be adding the book Blackstar grabbed,it'll be 200."
"Really ?"
"Yeah."
"Cool ! When's your birthday ?"
"August 8."
"Really ? Mine's August 31." Maka smiled. (Dunno if it's true. Heard it somewhere xD)
"What kind of books do you love to read ?" Akiyo looked at her. Maka smiled. "Romance and stuff. But mostly the ones with facts." She shrugged. "What about you ?" She asked.
"Mystery and humor. You know,those for detective stuff." Akiyo answered. Maka blinked. "Most of those have a twist of romance,right ?" She asked. Akiyo nodded. "But I don't read it. I skip to the detective ones." He shrugged. Maka sighed. "So you don't like romance ?"
"Yeah. People in love are so annoying."
"How can you say that ?"
"Example,when the main character is in love with the hostage. When he sees the girl,he'll give a 10 second hug before untying the girl. If they did it without the 10 second hug,they should've just escaped easily." Akiyo explained. Maka blinked,then laughed. "Meh. I love someone. And I can't blame myself if I'd do the same." She shrugged. "But I know you'll also come to that stage. Every people does fall in love,no matter if you're a loner or not."
Akiyo paused for a while,then sighed.
"I already did before,but I regret it."
