Chapter 12

Ashley's POV

Cara and Poppy were talking while we were walking. My hand is entertwined with Cara's and indeed, the paparazzi's did not click any photos while we were walking to the gates.

A black SUV were waiting for us and we got in. We dropped off Poppy first at her estate. We then continued our journey towards my home.

Occassionally, Cara would snuggle at me and I admit, I definitely liked it. I wish we could stay this way, always.

"We are here milady." Said Cara's butler and upon looking out the window, yes, I am home.

We got off the car and we were welcomed by my mom's sweet voice.

"Vicky, is that you?" Mom said as she hurriedly run into me and engulf me in a tight embrace. "Honey, Ash is home and she brought friends."

"My baby is home? Come here, Angel give your dad a monster hug!" Daddy said as he too hugged me.

"Whose with you, wait I know you, you are the model and the girl from papertowns,correct? You must be Ashley's bestfriend, welcome." Daddy said as he looked up at Cara behind me.

"Dad, I need to talk to youregarding something important, can we go inside first?" I said as I dragged them inside.

"Dad, Mom, this is Cara, Cara meet my mom and dad." I said as we all settle down at the couch.

"Cara Delevingne, sir, ma'am, thank you for having me." Cara said as she extend her hand for a handshake but my mom, embraced her instead.

"Thank you for loving my girl" said mom into Cara's ear.

"Uhmmm, you're welcome. It is my pleasure." Cara replied still puzzled.

"She knows," I whispered to her.

"So baby, what is so important that you mentioned earlier?" Dad interrupted us.

"Dad, Uhmm, I love Cara, not as a bestfriend, not as a sister but as a potential lover." Ashley said straight to the point making her dad speechless.

"Oh!no." Remi said as he noticed the sudden silence that filled the living room.

"That is great then. Welcome to the family, Cara! Call me dad and my wife, mom. You better take care of my girl or I will skin you alive, you hear me?" Daddy suddenly said and laugh to himself like he won a lottery.

"That is it? No, get out of my house moment?" Remi asked as if he was dreaming.

"Remington, this is the 21st century, I love my kid here and I will also love who she loves, duh!" Daddy said taking me off my place.

"I suddenly hug him again, really? Thank you daddy. I love you too." I said as I went to him.

"Remember Cara, no cheating on her, no making her cry, do you understand?" Daddy asked Cara looking straight into her eyes.

"Sir yes sir! Dad, I mean." Cara said feeling relieve.

"So when did you two start dating?" Mommy asked.

"We are not officially together yet, we are taking it slow so that wRSS can get to know each other. Thank you so much, Mom, D-Dad." Cara said shyly.

We spent the day, talkong, enjoying the misic and practically eating anything that mom prepared. I understand how it is so special for my parents. I rarely grow home and e

I can see Cara enjoying herself in the company of my family. I was also surprised that my little sister accepted Cara, stating, she was my dream girl sis, my girl crush, wow, my sister is datinfg the best supermodel in the world! Gosh, Cara knows how to charm my family. I am just silently observing the interaction between my love and my family and I am definitely loving it. I can see Cara approaching me and she put her hand on my waist drawing me closer.

Cara's POV

This is a great surprise indeed. Ashley's family accepted me with open arms. Knowing that I am acxepted brings an ecstatic happiness from within. How I wish my parents are also here, they will definitely love my baby.

I can see Ashley smiling from the side and I cannot help myself and be drawn to her, I approach her and hugged her waist. I also dipped my head and kiss her. Yes, in the lips. Those tempting pair that I love.

Ash welcomed my lips and we were kissing when somebody interrupted us.

"Hey, PG 13 please. Tone down tiger." Remi said chuckling.

"Ugh, I swear, you're lucky Ash likes you." Cara said.

"Guys, do you gmhave to return to tge city?" Mommy asked.

"Not until the day after tomorrow." Ashley said.

"You better sleepover here tonight then, I can also take you sightseeing tomorrow and you cab then go in the afternoon." Daddy said as he looked hopeful.

"Yes, I think that is fine. I will need to call my sister first so that she will know." Cara replied as she got up and took her phone to talk to Poppy.

"So how is she treating you, baby girl." Daddy asked.

"OMG daddy B! she is Cara's queen. She is treated as a VVIP and that is not all there is." Remi interrupted as he answered on behalf of Ashley.

"My sister said that I should enjoy L.A. even if I am here for work." I said as I get back to them.

"Then everything is settled then. Remi, you take the guess room, Ashley take Cara on your room. your mom and I willgo rest first then. Goodnight Cara, Ash, Remi." Mommy said as they make their way to their room.

We also settled in our assigned rooms. Ashley is currently on the bathroom and is preparing for bed.

"Baby, you can use anything on my closet, it is the door connecting to the bathroom." Ashley said as she goes out from the closet and Oh! what a negligee she's wearing.

"Cat got your tongue? Go freshen up so that I can cuddle up with you." Ashley said and in minutes, I am already in the bathroom and brushing up.

I took a quick shower and had a hard time looking for a night wear and I settled for a pajama.

I can see my baby settled on the bed with back facing me.

"Baby, I can definitely feel you sizing me up." Ashley turned. " Come here, I need my cuddle bear." Ashley said and I happily oblige.

"I am so happy, baby. I cannot wait for you to be mine." I whispered in her ears and cuddle up to her. Tightening my grip but not in a hurtful way.

"Yes, Babe. Me too." I can't wait for you to be mine." Ashley said as we cuddled up until sleep engulf us both sending us to the dreamland we both have.
