I woke a few hours later still wrapped in Jackson's arms. Jackson appeared to still be asleep. I racked my hands over his chest, I moved my hand further up to his face. I lightly ran my fingers over his lips then to his cheek. His eyes fluttered open. I smiled up at him "afternoon sleeping beauty."

Jax kissed my jaw "aw Matty, you called me a beauty."

I kissed his neck "only when your sleeping, you're quiet then."

Jackson playfully slapped my ass gently "you think I'm hot every day though." I covered my face with his chest not wanting to look at his smug face. Jackson added, "if it's any consolation I think your beautiful every day."

I glanced up from his chest to look at him, he had a cheese-y grin on his face. "What you weirdo?"

Jackson laughed "you don't accept compliments very well."

I shrugged my shoulders not having an answer to that. As I went to kiss him I was interrupted by Bobby coming through the front door. Jackson jumped off my bed and went to sit on the couch in my room. As Bobby entered my bedroom he mumbled "thanks for leaving me at school you assholes. Your lucky Danny bought her car to school. Also, what did I hear about you wagging the last two periods?"

I scoffed at his need to now talk to me "I don't know where you heard that."

"That's not answering my question Matilda, did you wag or not?" Bobby demanded to know.

I shrugged my shoulders "it's not really classed as wagging when you have a study period."

Bobby agreed "yeah that's not really wagging but the lesson after that is considered wagging."

I nervously laughed "it's sport, I did that when I left school so you don't need to worry about my health. All good big brother."

Bobby shook his head in disappointment as he left my bedroom. Leaving Jax and I without another word. Jackson moved back over to me on the bed, taking my hands into his "so I found an apartment I like, do you want to come and check it out with me?"

I nodded my head gathering my things to leave. It was a short drive from my place which was good. When we pulled up outside the real estate agent was waiting for us. We were quickly shown to the apartment. We roamed around the rooms. Jax grabbed my hand dragging me into the bedroom. He wrapped his arms around my waist, he placed his chin on my shoulder "what do you think of the place?"

I placed my hands on his "with the right accessories I think this apartment would really suit you."

Jax pecked my cheek "would you help me decorate this place?"

I shrugged my shoulders "this place is yours, Jax, it's not mine to decorate."

Jackson cuddled me tighter complaining "but it needs a feminine touch."

I laughed at how silly he was being "I will help you move in but you need to choose the things you want to look at every day until your next move."

Jax kissed my temple "I think I could see get you to choose a few things in this place. You can help me choose my mattress and couch."

I blushed at his mattress comment. The real estate agent soon joined us in the bedroom, he asked "do you like the place or there is another one a few floors down?"

I looked up to Jax waiting for his response, he took a few moments to think it over "yeah I would like to rent this place, can you contact the owners on my behalf."

We soon left the apartment and headed back home. When we got there Bobby was already gone. Jax soon then also left leaving me at home alone to think. The last month has been crazy. Mum was meant to be back at the beginning of the month but she got called to stay. Then everything with Bobby and Jamie, it had all been too much. Especially when you add in Jax coming back home without his dad.

While the boys were off god knows where I started putting together dinner. I made a stir-fry and then left it in the pan to eat when the boys came home. By 7 o'clock I was hungry so I decided to eat without them. Time slowly rolled around. By ten o'clock they still weren't home- on a school night night. I decided to turn in for the night. I got dressed in one of the boys old shirts and a pair of shorts.

Just as I was falling asleep I heard the front door opening, then the creek of the stairs. I waited to hear a bedroom door before determining who was home first. Neither of the boys' doors opened instead mine did. The bed dipped behind me before I was wrapped in warm arms. He kissed my forehead "Matty, are you awake?"

I rolled around to face him "what's wrong Jamie?"

"I missed you, baby," Jamie claimed, trying to bring me closer.

I pushed away from him, turning on my lamp sitting up. "Jamie now isn't the right time, we have school tomorrow. Is Jax or Bobby home?"

Jamie shook his head "no but they shouldn't be far away they were talking to some chicks before I left."

I brushed my hair out of my face "why did you come here, Jamie?"

"Because I want to be with you, we haven't been together since we went camping."

Jamie pulled her into his lap, he held me tightly in his arms "I know we have been spending time apart, it's just because things have been chaotic."

Jamie scoffed "tell me the real reason you don't want to be with me, is it everything I told you?"

I shook my head "no, it has more to do with Bobby than anything else."

Jackson coughed to announce his presence "ooh tell me what secrets your sharing now."
