Bucky and Percy

Scylla was insane , Steve threw his sheild and tackled annabeth and percy whenever a head snapped down at them.

The heads snatched up the crew so fast Steve didn't even hear them yell and roar in anger as they were tossed into the sea.

Percy used his powers to his advantage and was able to nock skylla over a few times, he even nocked off one of her heads.

"Captain! The engine is over heating!", A skeleton shrieked before he was snached away, for a second steve thought the skeleton was yelling at him instead of Clarisse

The sirens whailed loudly, as if it were a nuclear strike, Steve lept over a head and percy slid under it and cut it off with his sword, percy bounded down the steps to gods know where.

"Hoist the sails! We'll plow through her!","we need to fix the engine!", steve demanded and punched a snapping head in the nose as it neared.

""The engine wont mean squat if we're dead!", clarisse yelled back and grabbed the wheel, a head came down and nipped her leg, steve vaulted up the steps and hit the head with his sheild, it reered back, but not without leaving a gash in her leg.

Clarisse screamed in pain and fell down, Steve put a arm around her and held up his sheild, blocking a snapping head before hitting it in the eye, then hiting it again in the miuth, teeth flew and cracked at the impact.

"Evacuate! Everone evaluate!", Steve yelled and scooped Clarisse up bridal style, "m-my ship-", she choked out, "your ship or your life", steve said and went down the steps, he saw annabeth hoist a rope and a small boast dangled over the side of the ship.

"Where's percy!", steve demanded as he layed clarisse down, "he went to fix the engine!", she screamed, an explosion rocked the ship to the side, annabeth fell into the raft and Steve hit the rail, he gripped it as not to fall.

"PERCY!", , annabeth screamed, "get ready to lower the raft, ill go get him!", steve yelled and pushed through The undead army, who faught and shot at Scylla.

He went and opened the hatch below deck and reared back in horror, flames were everywhere, all over the engin and walls and floor, he couldn't even see past it, he didnt see percy.

"Its gonna blow!", yelled an undead gladiator, "save the captains mates! For Ares!", he demanded, and then several undead skeletons grabbed at Steve.

"Get. Off. Me!", he nocked a few away as they dragged him away from the engin, from percy .

Every time he hit one off another would grab him, he struggled until he was pushed into the raft, a skeleton hit him in the head with his own sheild and then walked off with it.

"Wait!", annaneth screamed as two skeletons undrew their swords and cut the line, one skeleton jumped on board with them.

They hit the water heavily and the skeleton hit the egnition, they shot forward and away from the ship, swerving and ducking under scyllas heads.

"STOP! WE CANT LEAVE PERCY!", annabeth screamed and lept on the skeletons mangled back, she whailed and stabbed wildly until Steve grabbed the skeletons head and tore it off its body, he tossed it up and it was snatched by scylla.

Steve hit the egnition off and-

An explosion, the ship exploded in flames, steve covered clarisse and annabeth with his body as chunks flew and a head wave hit them.

The boat rocked to the side and steve had to fall to the other side to keep it from tipping over, he heard annabeths screams and clarisses crying.

"Percy!", annabeth whailed.

Steve felt his blood tuen cold, a sharp remorseful feeling, he stared at the remains of the ship before reaching over to the engin and turning it on, watching remorseful as they sailed away.

Away from what was left of percy.

Annabeth let clarisse hold her, and she cried brokenly, "i want Bucky", she sobbed an hour after she had stopped crying, now she was pale and red eyed.

"This- this all your fault!", Annabeth hit steve in the back, "he'd still be alive if you stupid mortals left us alone! Bucky wouldn't have been taken away! Percy would still be alive! And- and- and I want to go home "

She fell on her knees and held her own arms, "this isnt suppose to happen, b-b- Bucky said- that we'd be safe with you- he said you'd protect us"

She rubbed her eyes and Clarisse put an arm around annabeth, "did he lie?", "I didn't see him... All i saw was fire-", Steve began, but clarisse cut him off, "thats not an answer, its an excuse".

Steve closed his eyes breifly, "we're gonna get the fleece, and Grover, and then we're going to go back to camp-", he took a deep breath

"And ill talk Aphrodite into taking me to Hades", they said nothing, what he had told them was an answer enough.

"Im gonna fix this", steve said to no one

"I'm gonna fix it, Bucky".
