Bucky and Percy

kids vs agents

Bucky would fight tooth and nail for these kids, he'd die so they could live, he took an oath to protect them.

But he began to feel helpless when he saw several jets fly overhead, and a crowd of armed agents at the bottom of the hill, he demanded the campers wait at the courts as he and chiron went to the top of the hill cor a better view

He instructed Grover to watch from the woods, and sound a war horn if he signaled it, he watched, with chiron, by thalias tree as iron man landed at the bottom of the hill, right on the other side of the barrier

"What are we waiting for", Bucky snatched the hat off annabeths head and she cried out in annoyance as she bacame visible, "i said to wait at the courts", he said, annabeth looked over buckys shoulder and Bucky sighed, Chiron grinned.

"Percy-","- sorry, i know you dont like being followed-", Percy moved into view, Bucky let the two kids stand at his side on the top of the hill, right at thalias pine.

It was dark and windy, he breathed deeply and motioned for annabeth and percy to flank him as he walked down the hill, chiron closely behind them, in his centar glory, bow and arrow drawn and ready just in case.

The two kids egerly followed, hands twitching to pull out weapons as they approached the barrier.

"This is a sight", Tony flipped up his mask, shifting to one leg as he scanned chrion and the two kids, "getting desprit?".

"They are campers, this is a camp for- our kind"

"Our?"

"Please leave", Chiron offered, hooves shifting restlessly, "we mean no harm-"

"We cant have a brainwashed assassin harboring mutants", Natasha stepped forward, bucky felt his hand twitch for the gun that hung off his arm, "they arnt mutants".

"Then what are they? Gifted? Runaways?","victims, kids... Demigods", the confused them.

"Like Thor?","kinda", annabeth pipped up, not shrinking away when their gazes turned towards her, "is that what barnes told you?", Natasha said coldly, "he's crazy, not mentally stable"

Annabeth gave natasha a cold look, Bucky ducked his head, was he delusional? We're there realy gods? Years of torture might have hurt his head- but could his mind fool him like that?

No , these kids are real, and they need him.

"Steve is on his way to set you straight"

"This has nothing to do with him!", bucky snapped, "and i know that these kids need this camp, zues set this sheild for a reason-".

"Zues?"

Tony gave him a baffled look, "you re delusional, years of hydra frying your brain-"

"I'm not broken!", Bucky said, stepping forward, "I broke protocol! Im getting better! Im remembering!", bucky felt percy grip his shirt and tug it back.

He realized he had nearly stepped out if the barrier, and the agents behind them we're tense and ready to pounce on him if they got the chance.

Bucky stepped back, looking at Chiron for support, "there are things on earth beyond your knowledge, its best if you let us be", Chiron waved a hand at the kids.

"These kids are in a safe place for the first time in their lives, please, don't make them fight for it", Chiron pleaded, Percy and annabeth stared expectantly.

"Thats not for you to decide, we can help too", Natasha put a hand on her hip.

"You can help by leaving", annabeth said, "please", percy added, peering out from behind bucky.

"Let me show- let me show steve it, and he can deside", Bucky offered, Natasha glanced at tony, "our team, or not at all", Tony reasoned, Bucky pressed his lips together.

"Who's in your team"

"Thor, Clint, Steve, Bruce, Nat and I", Tony shifted and gave an exasperated look when Bucky said nothing, "we'll leave our toys?"

Bucky looked at annabeth and Percy, "you guys think its safe to let them in", Percy and annabeth looked at each other, annabeth nodded.

"If we dont show them we're ok, they'll never leave us alone- or understand"

Bucky grimaced, then tony stuck out his hand, "deal?", Bucky ducked his head, no. No deal, they cant get past the field anyway, why should they be let in? They would eventually give up-

Percy grabbed tonys hand, makeing the decision for him-

Percy was yanked out of the force field and straight into SHEILDS hands before bucky could yell in alarm.

"PERCY!", chiron hooked the string of his quiver around buckys neck and pulled him back as guns pointed at him.
"Calm yourself james!","-Bucky!", Percy kicked and hit at tony, who dragged him away from the sheild, Bucky pulled his gun off his back and aimed it at Tony.

"Let him go, now!"

"You won't shoot-"

Bucky fired a round into the sky, and grover sounded the horn, it rang loud over the feild.

Tony looked up at the hill as the horn sounded, bucky pointed his gun at tony, who didnt look at him, tony kept his eyes on the hill as the gtound rumbled.

A shadow of a figure appered over the hill, tony saw the red flume on a helmet and saord lifted iber the figures head, the figure was on a horse, a Pegasus.

The figure roared and charged forward, sevral more oegasi flew ober the hill, followed by a hord of teenagers- no- kids , charging.

Tony let percy go in shock, percy rushed back into the feild and behind bucky, who kept his gun on tony.

"Hold!"

A voice roared iver the battle screams, "i said-"

Lightening hit the ground in front if the charging kids, theu all yelled in alarm and stopped, pegasi rearing back at the pull of their reins.

The Campers froze and looked to bucky, who had turned around with a shocked expression.

"Hold"

Thor stood before them, cape red and big, billowing behind him, he was shoving tony aside angrily and glaring at the agents.

Bucky felt his heart drop at the person beside thor.
