Silver awoke to the sounds of birds chirping in the air. He rubbed his eyes before opening them to see the cave that he was in. All of the memories from the previous night flooded his mind. The thoughts of his parents death overwhelmed him. Tears started streaming down his cheeks and onto the baby he was holding. He was trying to figure out how him and his new baby sister were going to live in a forest. Maybe he could go somewhere in the city and stay? Maybe someone will take him in? Most importantly how was he going to take care of a baby? He knew nothing about babies. Silvers thoughts were interrupted by the baby's small whimper.

He turned his attention to the little one and saw that his tears were falling all over her face and it was starting to upset her. With careful hands, he wiped the tears away from her head and off of his own face.

"I don't know what to do about all of this. I don't know what to give you to eat, or even myself. There's no food around here or anything. I guess I can go to the nearest city and see if I can get help." Silver thought for a moment before standing up and walking out. "Now I have to find the nearest city. I think I remember where it's at." He looked down at the small baby girl in his arms. "I'd ask you but I know you would be no help at all." The baby let out a small laugh. "I'm glad you think that's funny." Silver said before walking off to find the city.

After an hour of walking through the forest he managed to find a city. A very large one with enormous buildings that towered over everything. "Wow." Was all Silver could say when he saw the city. He has never been to a city or even seen one, so this sight was a bit overwhelming to him.

"There has to be someone around here that can help us." Silver noticed a woman walking down the sidewalk with two kids at her sides. "She's a mom, maybe she can help us." Silver walked up to her and looked up. "Excuse me miss, can you help us? My parents died and I don't know how to take care of a baby, we don't have anywhere to go either. Can you please help us?" He asked. The woman looked down at him before taking a good look at the baby and Silver.

The woman held her head high and kept her gaze ahead, no longer looking at Silver or the baby. She then spoke very rudely, "can't you see I have my own problems to deal with? I don't need any more irritations." The woman motioned to the young kids by her side before she walked off.

Silver looked down, disappointment and defeat in his eyes. "I really hope all the people aren't like that." Silver continued asking people to help him, unfortunately they all came up with some type of excuse so they didn't have to help him.

Finally giving up Silver started to walk back to the forest. As he was leaving the city Silver noticed a man in all black wearing a black mask. He watched the man run into a building then come running back out holding a bag, the zipper on the bag was open and Silver could see thousands of dollars in it. The man sprinted away without leaving a trace. No one was able to catch the man. That's when an idea struck Silver. He was going to have to steal money so he can survive.

Silver quickly made his way back to the forest. He walked to the cave where he spent the previous night at. "I know what I'm going to do now." Silver said before he gently laid his baby sister on the cave floor. Luckily she still had the blanket wrapped around her so she was on a soft surface.

Silver ripped off part of his sleeve then he ripped two holes side by side in the center of the fabric. He then wrapped the fabric around his face to make a mask.

After he finished making his mask he leaned down to his baby sister. "I'll be right back, I won't be gone long, I promise. Just stay here." Silver said before standing up. "Wait, you can't walk. So just forget about what I said. Not that you can understand me anyways." He shook his head. "I'm already loosing my mind and I haven't even been here that long." Silver walked out leaving his baby sister alone. He went straight for the city. Once he arrived he ran to the nearest store he could find. a grocery store was the first one he found. Silver looked around at all the food, his stomach growled reminding him that he hasn't ate in a while.

Being as quiet as he can, Silver snuck around the entire store looking for money. That's when something occurred to him. He had no idea where the money was kept in stores.

Where do they keep the money at here? It has to be around here somewhere.

"Is there something I can help you with?" Silvers thoughts were interrupted when he heard the voice. He turned to see a man standing near him with his arms crossed. The man had short brown hair that was combed over to the side accompanied with soft blue eyes. He was wearing a light blue polo shirt and black pants. Silver noticed he had a name tag on his shirt that said "Chris". He looked like a nice and friendly man.

"If I may ask, what are you doing with that mask on?" He asked. Silver didn't say a word, he was worried about what the man would do. Silver didn't think about what would happen if he got caught wearing a mask into the store. Hopefully the man would just let him go without causing any trouble. What happened next, Silver was not expecting.
