Request: I have a concept that I would like to see turned into an imagine, concerning reader being super protective of Kylo even though he insists he's capable of taking care of himself. Someone like Hux dares to look at Kylo the wrong way or belittles him when he's around the stormtroopers and you go ballistic.

It's been a long day. You've missed Kylo more than usual, and you know that today he has to spend most of his time with General Hux, who never hesitates to be nasty toward him. Unfortunately, you're the only one brave enough to stand up to him, and Kylo won't let you. He insists that he doesn't care and that he can take care of it if it goes too far, but Kylo has always been more insecure than he lets on, and Hux is just so talented at finding whatever's acting as the knife in Kylo and twisting it.
You're walking down the hallway, past the control room where you're 90% sure they're in right now, and the door opens as an officer exits. You hold the door open a bit with your foot, and lean a little closer to hear. You recognize Kylo's voice, which brings a warm, fuzzy feeling to your gut, as always. However, he's rudely interrupted by Hux, who proceeds to not only question his authority, but insult him.
"Do not second-guess my men. They're well trained, and you have no idea what you're talking about. You do not deserve the power you have, and I'll be damned if I let you use it to control me or my men," you heard him say. Your blood boils hotter with every syllable. The fact that he dares to speak to Kylo this way, especially in front of other officers, bewilders and enrages you. Your fists are clenched and your teeth grind slightly as you hold yourself away from the door. When you peak back around it, though, you see Hux glaring at the man you love, and that look is enough to drive you over the edge.
"How dare you, you waste of space!" You're practically growling at him, and since Kylo's helmet is on, you can't see the expression of shock on his face. You storm right up to Hux and though you're much shorter than both him and Kylo, you feel like your rage could give you enough strength to knock one or two of his teeth out. Unfortunately, you never get the chance, because Kylo's arms wrap around your waist and lift you off the ground. He throws you over his shoulder and begins carrying you out of the room.
You blush as your ass is on full display, and simply slump as you realize you're about to be reprimanded for your display and probably your eavesdropping as well. Not to mention the fact that you were wandering the base, which could easily put you in danger what with not all of the stormtroopers knowing you're not an intruder.
He carries you all the way back to your shared quarters, and you pout the entire time. He sets you down once the door is shut and you're completely alone, then removes his helmet. You can tell he's angry, but more than that, embarrassed.
"You shouldn't have done that." He sounds bitter and wounded, and you know that it might have been a kick to his ego. However, you know that he never would have done that himself, and Hux had no right to speak to him that way.
"I know, okay? I'm sorry." You start to feel a little bad about it. While you truly believe what lead to you doing that, at the same time, it wasn't your place to take it into your own hands. "It just-I can't believe that you let him do that."
"I don't care what that idiot thinks of me. I'm his superior, we both know that, and we both know that he's all talk. I'm stronger than him, more powerful than him, and more capable than him, and he knows that." He takes both your hands in his and pulls you toward him. "I can take care of myself, sweetheart."
You bite your lip and nod, a little embarrassed yourself, now. "I'm sorry..." He just kisses your forehead and pulls you into a gentle hug.
"It's alright. I've accepted that you'll always be worried." You giggle and nuzzle your face into his neck.
"Of course I will. It's my job."
