A shitty day at a shitty hospital

Lory's

"What do you mean by that?" Don finally had the guts to ask.

"Umm The doctor just took the test, I'm currently waiting for The results," Georgie mumbled.

"Great, just great, a shitty day, at a shitty hospital!" Kayden whined, earning a smack with a pillow, which was thrown by Georgie.

"Hey, bird brain, when you're in my presence, don't open that beak of yours get it!" She snapped, we all 'ohhhed' as Kayden rolled his eyes.

"Whatever, I'm gonna get some snacks I'm starving, as for you, I'll get you back, real good too..."

Georgie's POV

I watched as Kayden leave the room, I knew he was heart broken, his baby is in an unknown state right now.

Yes, his baby.

Kayden is the boy I fell in love with, I still do, but, I can't, not after what he said that night.

Flashback

"Babe, I got some good news to tell you!" I pecked him on the lips.

"What, sweetie?" He asked, his brown orbs dance as he waits impatiently for my response.

"Well, I'm pregnant!!"

"What!" He screamed, he looked at me with a sign of disgust.

"What do you mean by what?" I asked looking a bit stunt.

"What do you mean your pregnant!"

"You didn't use a condom the last time I checked!"

"Well I thought you were on pills!" He argued back.

"Well I wasn't!"

"I don't know what your gonna do, but I'm not into this!" He pointed towards my belly.

"What do you mean by this, are you calling our baby a thing!" I sobbed out.

"Listen Georgie, this isn't gonna work...."

"What! Are you gonna leave me now since I'm pregnant?"

"Yes, I am, I'm sorry, but I can't go through with this!"

"You can't leave Me with the burden alone!"

"Yes I can and I will, listen, I'm not a father, I'm a player, and I've had a reputation on the line!" He grumbled.

I looked at him with pure shock, as more tears streamed down my face, "Didn't you say you say that you love me!"

"There's no such thing as love, I'm sorry, but you're on your own with this one!" With that, he marched to the door, as he looked at me with no sign of guilt, "Sorry, but, not sorry!"

Flash back Ends

I didn't tell lory about this, cause I know she'll go all nuts on me, now that she has a slight soft spot for him.

I don't want her to fall for him, because, one, he's a player, and two, the most heart wrecking one, I still love him?

Why am I such an idiot.

Soon Kayden came back in with two mugs, a bottle of water and two sprite, he handed one of the coffee mug to lory, as his gaze lingered a bit too long.

He's doing the same thing he had done to me, picking out his target, then aimed at them at their weakest time.

And I can see that Lory's getting weak, and very quickly too.

He then handed the water bottle to me, where our fingers grazed, his gaze met line as I pulled my hands out from him.

He continued ushering out snacks, until he was then seated in the sofa, munching on a chip.

I looked between lory and him.

And then it hit me, I'll have to tell lory one way or another, or the truth will come out soon, and hurtful, and I might be able to lose my best friend, forever!

At least Kayden was right some time, today is really a shitty day at a shitty hospital.
