Chapter Seven

I quickly walk out to where we eat lunch and see Michael's hair and run over to them.

"Guys wanna come over later? Like after school?" I ask ad everyone nods.

"Yes." they say and I smile.

"Yay." I say and take a seat next to Ashton. I plug my earphones in and Ashton take one of them I play Now by Paramore. I quickly eat my apple as I listen to everyone's conversation.

"Lucas, sing for us." Annie says and Luke gives her a confused look.

"Why?" he asks.

"Because." she says and he quickly sings the second verse if I Miss You by Blink 182.

Oh my god Luke has an amazing voice.

"I didn't know you could sing." I say.

"All of us can." Zoe says. "Can you?" she asks and I nod.

"Not as good as my brother but yeah." I say.

"Sing for us!" Calum says and I sing the chorus if the current song playing, Roger Rabbit by Sleeping With Sirens.

So when you have today you should say all that you have to say." I sing and everyone's jaws drop.

"Was I that bad?" I ask.

"What the fuck? No! You were amazing!" Annie says and I smile.

"Thanks but you don't have to exaggerate so much." I say.

"She's not exaggerating at all." Ashton says and I shake my head.

"Guys seriously, stop being so nice. I know I'm not that good." I say.

"Carter, you're seriously amazing." Luke says and I rest my head on Ashton's shoulder and cover my face with my hands.

"Aw babe don't be embarrassedn." Ashton says and I blush at the fact e called me babe. I keep my hands over my face.

"Carter." Annie drags out my name and I separate two of my fingers to reveal on of my eyes.

"Stop being so adorable." Ashton says, making me blush again. I sit up as uncover my face.

"AWW little Carter is blushing!" Michael says and I flip him off.

"Well no need to be so rude." Michael says and I stick my tongue out at him. He sticks his out at me and I just roll my eyes at him.

"So." Annie says and claps her hands together. "This weekend my mom is letting me go to the coast, and she said I can bring my friends. She's letting me use her car but I don't have room for all of you. Do you guys wanna come? And if you all wanna come we need another driver." she says and my eyes light up.

"I can drive." I say and Annie smiles.

"Awesome thanks Carter. So who's coming?" she asks and everyone raises their hand.

"Yay! This is gonna be so much fun!" Zoe says excitedly.
