Chapter Two

"C'mon Carter, hurry up." my mom says as I take a last look around my house. I quickly pull my long blond hair into a bun and walk out of my house for the last time.

"I'm coming." I say and hop into the car.

"It's a new start Carter." Chase says and puts his arm around my shoulders.

"Yeah." I say quietly and put my earphones into my phone and play Afire Love by Ed Sheeran. Chase takes one of the earphones and pops it into his ear and sings softly. Chase has always been an amazing singer. I can sing too but not as good as him.

I just him quietly to the sad words as my mom starts to drive our pickup truck.

"Let's get away from this hellhole." she says before I make myself sleep.

"Carter. Carter get up." my mom says harshly as she shakes my shoulder.

"What?" I ask as I sit all the way up. Chase is already out of the car.

"We are at the airport." she says and walks off to grab a few bags a I get up out of the car.

"Wait how are we getting our car to Sydney?" I ask my mum as u shove my phone into my pocket.

"We aren't. I'm selling it. I'm buying us all new cars." she says and I nod and grab my suitcase and go over to Chase who is sitting in a chair outside if the large building.

"What's up lil' sister?" he asks and I give him a small smile.

"Nothing much. What about you big brother?" I ask and he shrugs.

"Nothing really." he says an I chuckle as my mum walks over.

"Let's go guys." she says and we walk inside.

"Well go on and get your rooms." my mom says and Chase and I jump out of the new car and run into the new house.

"Woah." I say as I look around. This house is huge. I take a quick look outside with Chase at my side. WE HAVE A POOL AND A HOT TUB LIKE YES! Chase runs upstairs as I admire the house a little more then run up the stairs.

"Damn I call this room!" he shouts and I shrug and walks to the next room. It was huge as had an attached bathroom, a walk in closet, and a little couch thing attached to the wall underneath the large window, and it even had a fricking balcony!

"That's okay this room is awesome!" I say. "And it isn't the master!" I say to Chase as he walks in my room.

"Aw not fair!" e says and I go into his room. His was quite big with an attached bathroom too, and basketball hoop on the wall and it had a walk in closet too.

"I like your room." I say.

"Wanna trade?" he asks and I laugh.

"No way in hell am I trading with you!" I say and walk back into my room and walk out into the balcony. It has the perfect view of the city down at the bottom if the hill we are on. And since it's almost dark it will be a gorgeous view.

"Alright start unpacking your guys' rooms!"

It's like 3 am and I'm STILL a not done unpacking. I've got my bed, my Christmas lights, my desk, my laptop, my tv, my whole bathroom done, the couch my mum brought or my room, and most of my clothes done. I decide to put up some pictures real quick. They are mainly of me and my brother and me and my dad.

"Hey I'm going to bed. Night Cart." Chase says after he enters my room.

"Okay night." I say as he soles and walks out. I walk out onto my balcony and sit in one of the two chairs I put out here. I look at the city lights and quickly smile before looking up at the sky to see millions of shining stars.

I could get used to this.

Okay so this fanfic is gonna go slower than my other fanfics because the chapters are shorter, but I will try to update more often.

So I had a really fun day today on a houseboat with my best friends but my face got super sunburned so it hurts like hell.

But one if my best friends (who is a guy) get kinda staring at me and i was wearing my new bikini and I felt super awkward...

But my other best friend who is a guy is super fabulous and we had a lot of fun tubing and stuff.

So yeah that was my day.
