Chapter 10

"Ohmy god." I say as I look out at the ocean.

"Pretty huh?" Zoe asks as she walks up beside me.

"Yeah." I say.

"Okay us girls are in this beach house and you boys decide who goes in the other two." Annie says.

"LUCAS!" Calum yells and they run into one of the beach houses.

"Alright let's go dude." Michael says adn him and Ashton run into the other.

"Let's swim." Zoe says adn we walk into the last one that is bigger than the other 2. This on ehas two bedrooms actually.

"Alright I call that room to myself." Annie says and runs into one of the rooms. the other one has a king sized bed and a flat screen tv and an ipod dock and quite a but if floor space.

"Yay!" Zoe says.

"Let's change." I say and we claim our sides of the room.

"Do You like Marianas Trench?" I ask and Zoe's eyes light up.

"I do a lot." she says and I smile and put my phone on the dock and play Pop 101. We rock out and sing along a we quickly change into our bathing suits. My bikini is actually super adorable, BUT it shows a few scars I have on my tummy and thighs and I feel uncomfortable. But it's all white with mint poka dots argh it's so cute.

I pull on my Paramore shirt and tie it up on the side with a hair tie.

"Are you gonna swim?" Zoe asks and I sigh.

"Can I tell you something I've never told anyone?" I ask as she pats the bed and tells me to sit.

"What's up?" she asks and I take a deep breath.

"Okay so I used to cut. And I have a few scars on my tummy and on my thighs. I just don't want anyone to see or ask about them. It's just not something u wanna share with everyone you know?" I say and Zoe crawls over to me and hugs me.

"Don't worry Carter. I'm sure no one will even care." she says and I smile as I hug he tighter.

"Thank you." I say.

"For what?" she asks as we pull away from our hug.

"You're so nice and I just feel like we are getting so close and I really love it." I say and she awes and hugs me again.

"I love it too. Now let's go swim!" she says and I laugh a we walk out the house to the beach. I see all the boys already in the water and then Annie sitting on the shore.

"Are you okay with taking off your shirt? Zoe whispers to me.

"Yeah I'll be fine." I say. I take my shirt off and place it by Annie. For some reason, there is like no one on the beach.

"Hey!" Annie says. We have and head out to the cold waves.

"Shit! It's freezing!" Zoe yells and Calum comes over to us.

"It's freezing?" he says and lifts Zoe up over his shoulder and throw her into the water.

"Calum stay the hell away from me." I say and hold my hand out to stop him from coming anywhere near me.

"Okay." he says an suddenly, I feels pair of arms wrap around my waist from behind.

"What the fuck?" I say and turn my head to see Ashton. He lifts me up bridal style and I can't help but smile as I yell at him to put me down.

"Never!" he says and throws me into the waves. I jump up and I give Ashton a death glare. His smile fades as I try my best to run towards him, the water making it almost impossible.
