i started to drift to sleep while waiting on gwen to get there.knowing that derek was back scared the living hell out of me.

hes the reason why im scared to even be around my old pack or this one.

it had been and hour since i had talked to gwen and i started to get antsy.

there was a knock on my door "yeh.' i yeled.

the door was opened and i saw mark standing there with tub of ice cream in one hand/" you have a visitor you better come save her before Shawn grabs ahold of her."

i jumped up and hollered a thanks at him as i ran down the stairs.i looked towards the door and didnt see anyone.i heard noise from the back of the house.

runnning through the house i stopped at the back door and looked out to the patio Allen turned his head and smiled at me.my stomach got butterflys he walked over to me and grabbed my hand and pulled me outside.

gwen turned and looked at me and opened her arms i broke from allens gaze and ran over to her.

we hugged each other and we both started cryin" im stayin here for the weekened if thats okay."

i noddeed.

'Allen would it be okay if Gwen stayed here?" i asked looking at him.

he staired at me for a minute.' thats fine with me just keep her away from my brother.'

"hey i heard that!" he yelled form inside the house.

"i was joking kid calm down."

me and gwen went up to my room and i closed the door behind me.

she sat down on my bed.

"whats wrong babygirl?" she asked giving me a concerned look.

i looked at the door and then back at her.

" its hard being here.' i said sitting on the bed next to her.

she pushed her black hair out of her face and looked at me.

'you know your eyes are always more brown than green before you cry right?"

i nodded as the tears started to come.

" i cant do this hear.i really cant im ealking around pretending that every thing is okay with me.that i dont have huge scars on my belly.that i didnt loose the one thing that i have always wanted."

she grabbed my hands."you found your mate didnt you?" i nodded and started to shake.

"sweetie you need to calm down please before you make yourself sick.' she hugged me trying to make stop shaking.

"gwen you know that when i start shaking like this it isnt gonna make me sick im going to see things from the past,and now,.'

i felt her nod her head.

"i cant be his mate because im a risk hes an alpha im just a half breed beta with scars,and baggage.why would he want me? im scared to let him even touch me."

"listen i know derek messed you up pretty bad but i know that Allen loves you i can tell by the way he was looking at you when we were outside.he may be an alpha but honey hes already crazy about you.,and if your past is going ot keep him form loving you then screw him."

i looked at her through blurred eyes.i nodded."do you still have that box?' she asked

i nodded yes.'where is it?' i nodded towards my dresser.she got up walked over to the dresser.i was watching her when she reatched bahind it and pulled out the box she ran her hand over the top of it and tossed it on the floor in front of me and the lid popped open its contents spiling on the floor.
