"I don't have anything formal to wear!" I said, frustrated. "Don't worry" said Beth. "She's not expecting you to wear any fancy clothes. Don't worry" said Beth. "You're there to speak about something important. It's not a party." The door opened. Shad came in with bags in his hands. "We've been invited." I immediately told him. "By who?" he asked. "Princess Zelda." Telma and Auru came in with Ashei. "The doctor can't help Ashei." The realization then came into my mind. "We've been invited to Hyrule Castle. Maybe Zelda can help her." They were both confused. "What?" Telma asked. I gave her the letter. A minute went by. "We'll have to go to the royal reception then."
A Few Minutes Later...
We went to the reception. It wasn't that far really. A man sat behind a front desk. I approached slowly. He looked at me. "Can I help you?" he asked. "Yes. I received a letter regarding an important meeting with Princess Zelda." The others waited and sat down in a corner. "Ah, you must be the Resistance. Follow me." Everyone got up and followed the receptionist. As we walked through the halls, I saw pictures. One of a hero with a green tunic with seven individuals standing behind him. I recognised them. The Seven Sages. We turned left and I saw a beautiful picture of a skyland. Shad, in particular, was fascinated by it. The receptionist stopped before a door and knocked. "Yes?" I heard someone call out. "Princess, The Resistance is here to see you." There was silence for a moment. "Let them in." He opened the door and we all walked inside to a meeting room. The door closed swiftly behind us.
I never thought I'd meet Princess Zelda in my entire life. Yet, there she was. Her long brown hair reminded me of a time long gone. Her dress was dark but humble. "Please. Sit down" she said. We all took our seats individually. "You must be the Resistance. Telma, I believe, is your leader." They shook hands. "It is an honour" Telma said. "First, we are stressed Princess. Our friend was attacked in the Lakebed Temple and she is not responding." Zelda looked at Ashei with intrigued eyes. "She remains unmoved. I sense very dark magic. I have no doubt that my wizards can remove the curse but it'll take some time. Leave her here and they'll take care of her. Thank you for notifying me." She looked at me and then Beth. "You are chosen ones, it seems. The Sages of Shadow and Forest respectfully. You have discovered the sages of Fire and Water. Only two remain. The sages of Light and Spirit. I know where you'll find both. But...on another subject entirely, we need to talk about Link. Link has suffered as I mentioned in my letter. Two years ago, his life changed rather dramatically. He was cursed by dark magic and was turned into a wolf. There, was when he met an imp. Her name was Midna. She is the one Link is searching for." Shad raised his hand. "We went to his home town of Ordon. We found out that he wants to go to a different world. Would you know what that world is?"
She nodded. "Of course. He plans to return to the Twilight Realm. The Mirror of Twilight however, was destroyed two years ago. It was to be believed that it was the only connection between Hyrule and the Twilight Realm. Midna is the ruler of the Twilight Realm. She is the Twilight Princess. Link misses her dearly. I might even go as far as to say that he had a strong and emotional bond with her. When she broke the mirror, he was heartbroken. He has desperately tried to find a way back into the Twilight Realm. He even used the goddess' divine powers of the Triforce in order to search for it. The old mirror was located in Gerudo Desert. In a prison called the Arbiter's Grounds."
Auru became intrigued. "The Arbiter's Grounds was where high criminals were sent." Zelda nodded. "That is correct. But...one thing the royal family didn't tell you is that criminals were banished to the Twilight Realm. It all started long ago."She breathed in before continuing. "There was once a race of individuals who betrayed Hyrule. They were known as the Interlopers. With a powerful weapon of the Fused Shadow, they seemed to enter the Sacred Realm. A place you were all taught of in school. The Interlopers wanted the Triforce. The Light Spirits of Hyrule then interviened and on the goddess' command, They banished them to the Twilight Realm. They evolved into a friendly race called the Twilit. Now, I'll explain the Twilight Invasion. Somehow, the Twilit had found a way back into Hyrule. They were cursed to follow his bidding. The so-called 'Twilight King'; Zant." I gasped. That was the name in Archer's diary. "He kicked Midna from her throne and turned her into an imp. That's how it started."
