Chapter 58

      When Leatherhead was done looking at the stitching Raph got Leo naked laying down on a blanket as he started cleaning the dry blood off Leo's body. Raph started on Leo's face looking hurt and pain at seeing Leo like this but he was happy to see Leo alive.
    He then started down to his arms and legs carefully not to make him hurt by how close he was cleaning his wound. Raph was so focused on Leo's body cleaning it while Leatherhead watches Raph seeing how much he was not paying attention to his surrounds. ' Raph really did miss Leo... I don't blame him I am Missing Donnie already too...'
     Once Raph was finally done he looked up and took his blanket placing it over Leo's naked body seeing Leatherhead looking at him. Raph blushed and grabbed the water that was mostly red and went to pore it as Leatherhead spoke. " you going to be okay Raph?"
     He pored the water then looked to Leatherhead as he went over and sat by him looking at Leo sleeping. " Yeah... I just... Can feel he is not himself... I know he does not remember me anymore... But what if he never remembers me?"
     " It takes time Raph... But I would be worried about what he will think when he sees us." Raph lets out a breath getting a hand on his neck rubbing it. " Yeah... I will keep the first watch..."
     " No, you should sleep. I will keep watch since know you can get actual sleep with no nightmares with Leo right by you. " Raph blushed and looked to Leo so he then gets up and walked over to Leo as he lay down and grabbed his hand placing it to his lips as he kissed the knuckles softly. Raph then closes his eyes and scooted closer getting his head to Leo's shoulder softly blushing to wish to feel Leo hold him.
     Leatherhead watches Raph fall asleep as he then looked ahead waiting for anything to happen.

     Leo grunted low feeling pain so he opened his eyes seeing a few trees around him as he then heard what sounded like a light snoring so he turned to see his hand being held by Raph's hand but to Leo, he saw Raph as a complete stranger. Leo got his hand free fast from Raph's hand as he looked fast around sitting up for a weapon near him.
     Raph felt his hand get pulled away from Leo's so he opened his eyes to see him getting up as he got up about to speak but he saw Leo having a knife in his hand as he attacks Raph quickly pinning Raph to the ground on his back while Leo was still naked and on Raph yelling. " what the hell do you want from me! And where are my clothes!"
     " Leo calm down! Please!" Raph yelled as he was using one hand on Leo's wrist that was holding the knife as he used his other arm on the ground trying to keep himself from getting completely on the ground. " I am not Leo! I'm Shooter! Now tell me what you did to me!"
     " I don't do anything! All I did was clean your skin from your dry blood that you got from your wound..." Raph said starting to panic while he felt Leo's arms struggling to go down getting closer and closet to stab Raph in the head. " you're lying! No one helps me... I hope myself!"
      " Leonardo please calm yourself... " Leo turned fast to see Leatherhead as his hands were up and Leo stopped struggling to stab Raph. " We are your friends."
     " I have no friends..." Leo said concerned while he watched Leatherhead walking closer. " You do as well as a family that is missing you... I have known you for many years, my friend, we came to take you home..."
    Leo looked down then at Raph as he spoke to him. " And what about you?"
     Raph could not help but blush a very little at Leo being naked on top of him making him remember that night as he instantly shook it off and told him. " I'm Raphael... We knew each other for almost a year... You would call me Raph..."
     " How can I trust you two?" Leo asked as Raph got his hand to let go of Leo's writs as he then placed his hand on the side of Leo's face very lightly touching his scar surprising Leo. " Because you are a very close person to me..."
     Leo looked still confused but as he felt Raph touching his face he felt his cheeks as if getting warm while he still didn't smile. So Leo then dropped the knife and stood up as Raph quickly got to his foot. " Leo you shouldn't stand up your wound -"
     " Don't tell me what to do... You might have been a friend to me in the past but I don't care..." Leo said in pain as Raph felt hurt at his words but didn't say anything more.
    Leatherhead came over and handed Leo his clothes. " I would like to make sure you didn't damage your head to make sure the theory I had that you hit your head very hard on a rock. "
     Leo started to get dressed as he would look to Leatherhead. " your theory is right that my head did get hit..."
       So once Leo was changed into the clothes he had at down letting Leatherhead examine his head and where he got hit while Raph sat there a few feet away from Leo try to not act emotionally at how different Leo was to his actual self. Leo would look to Raph most of the time while Leo spoke. " What is his problem?"
      Leatherhead spoke the truth to Leo as he said it with no hesitation. " he thought you died two months ago... He let himself be a captive to this gang that he uses to work for to save his little sister... You went over to save him but to come back hearing you fell off the broken bridge and didn't resurface... He would not eat and still to this day had a hard time sleeping."
     " Why?"
     " Because he saw you fall and he could not do anything about it... He was badly wounded and beaten he could not help you when you fell in that water... He blamed himself deeply that you died for him."
