Chapter 35

     Donnie and Mikey were just finishing on checking the baby cows when Donnie came out of the barn first seeing Leatherhead walking over. So while he started to Leatherhead Mikey came out seeing them two while he stayed there watching them.
     Donnie gets to the front of Leatherhead and said. " What are you doing here?"
     " I got a message for Raph. Is he here?" Donnie shook his head grabbing Leatherheads arm. " No... He and Leo went out a few days ago."
     Leatherhead looked to Donnie and said struggling to resist on touching Donnie. " I was told by a few people that they found someone that Raph would want... But I'm not sure who... "
    Donnie got his hand off Leatherheads arm and said looking at where Mikey was. " When he is here I will tell him..."
     Leatherhead nods his head then started to go as Donnie watch him then when he saw the back of his left arm Donnie gasped and went to him grabbing his arm saying worriedly. " What happened!"
       Leatherhead looked away blushing while trying to get his arm free from Donnie's hands. " It's nothing..."
     " Leatherhead don't lie to me! Your arm is searched badly!" Donnie yelled worried as then Mikey came as Donnie said. " Mikey get me my kit in the living room! In going to treat Leatherheads arm!"
     " Alright!" Mikey said smiling as he went inside the place as Donnie got Leatherhead to get to the house.
     When they were in and sitting on the couch Mikey was making dinner for the three while Donnie said sadly to Leatherhead. " Why did you Lie... I thought we got over that..."
     He looked to Donnie then said closing his eyes. " I am sorry Donnie but... Those men did not look an all friendly... "
     Donnie stopped and looked at Leatherhead. " what do you mean not friendly?"
     Leatherhead opened his eyes and looked at Donnie as the look he makes got Donnie to blush a little. " They looked like they hurt others for their enjoyment, Donnie... I didn't want you or your family to worry... I care for your safety..."
     Leatherhead grabbed Donnie's hand as they looked at each other when Donnie look at Mikey as he was cooking meaning his back was facing them. So Donnie looked back to Leatherhead and got up fast getting his lips to Leatherheads but only for a second as he pulled away saying low to him. " As I do for yours... "
    Mikey was cooking the soup but heard everything as he put on a smirk saying in his head. ' When will you two already tell us your together... '

      Raph was still mad at Leo while they rode off in silents. Leo did bandage up his hands but that was all they did while Leo was behind Raph riding the stallion looking at the place. " Raph I said I'm sorry..."
     Raph still said nothing as he just looks ahead not wanting to show any emotions looking down at his hands. " Raph! You can't ignore me forever!"
    Raph still said nothing while he just listened to Leo yelling and comparing the whole time of the ride together.

     When they two were only a day away from the farm Leo was asleep behind Raph still as he got his face to the back shell of Raph. Raph let him sleep as he would look around making sure they were not being followed.
    But once he felt they ride long enough he then stopped the stallion grabbing Leo's arm to wake him up as he sat up and whipped his eyes. " What? We stopping?"
     Raph still said nothing as he got off the horse and started to unwrap his hands as they were getting bloody again. Leo saw his hands as he got off and grabbed Raph's wrists as he grunted from the pain but Leo looked at his hands. " They won't scare... But they will need to be cleared to not get it infected."
    Raph only looked at his hands while Leo grunted looking at Raph. " why are you still giving me the silent treatment... If I was dying you would talk to me..."
     Raph looked at Leo showing his cold look making Leo silver at the feeling as if feeling unsafe right know. " You have been living in that farm all your life Leo... You have no idea what you put yourself into! You almost died from your selfishness! "
    " Yeah well, I'm alive! And so are you!" Leo yelled as they looked at each other in the eyes with a mad look while Raph felt his cheeks color change as he was the first to look away. " That was not all of them..."
      Leo let his mad look go away as he lets Raph's wrist go. " it wasn't? Then there are the rest?"
     Raph looked back at him. " I don't know... They are probably at the secret hideout that I would go to when the group was small..."
    Leo looked at Raph as he got over and hugged Raph surprising him but heard Leo. " I just want you safe Raph..."
    Raph got his arms around Leo as he got his face to Leo's neck closing his eyes. " I know..."
      Raph started to feel himself wanting to kiss Leo's neck as he struggled not to but he got his arms off Leo and baked away. " We better get a fire started..."
     Leo looked to Raph getting his wrist holding it lightly. " Not until we clean and wrap your hands back up. "
     Raph turned but let Leo do it as he just wanted them to get back to his farm as he knew he would rest a little longer as there was know only at least 20 or 30 men left to kill. Raph then looked at Leo as he cleaned his hands when Raph blushed but said. " Leo..."
      " Yes?" Leo said looking at Raph while he said looking then away. " I want you to stay home next time..."
     Leo looked to Raph as he got done with Raph's hands and got his hand to Raph's face making him look. " I will if you promise you will come back... To me..."
     Raph nods getting his hand on Leo's. " I will Leo..."
