Epilogue

Author's Note: Finally, after about two years, I am giving this book a true end. One that I hope will suffice all of you reading this. Sorry it took so long. But now, please enjoy your final chapter in the love story between (Y/N) and Wally.

"But, wait! What happened to (Y/N) and Wally after that, Mommy?" The young girl asked, her eyes sparkling up at her mother.

The young woman laughed a little, unable to help but smile at the excitement her child held from the story. "Well, after that, the two began to go on many different adventures together. They traveled to an island, where with the help of (Y/N), Wally caught the mythical Pokemon known as Latios."

"He caught Latios!? (Y/N) had caught Latias!! They match now!!" The child laughed happily, bouncing up and down in her bed. "What about after? What happened to them??"

"Well....the two stuck together for a very long time. Wally trained very hard with his Pokemon, his goal to defeat the Elite Four and Champion (Y/N). In order to reach this goal, he left Hoenn to travel around different regions. He went to Kanto to Johto, from Sinnoh to Unova, and finally to Kalos. Yet even through his travels, he always contacted (Y/N), sending her love letters and pictures he had taken," The mother continued, a smile on her face. "Years passed, and the love the two shared only grew with each passing day..."

"Wow....! He really went to all of those places all by himself?? Did he ever feel lonely?" The girl asked, a look of concern on her little face.

"He wasn't all by himself! He had his loyal Pokemon by his side every step of the way. And even though (Y/N) wasn't there with him, he knew she was supporting him and waiting for the day he would return for her. Now, let me finish the story." The mother said, gently tapping the child's nose. The little girl giggles happily, smiling from ear to ear as she nuzzles down into her bed, hugging the stuffed Gallade she had.

"Ahem. Years passed, and Wally finally returned to Hoenn. He was no longer a boy, but had grown into a young man. He climbed up to the Elite Four, knocking their Pokemon out one by one, before he reached (Y/N) at long last. The two fought against each other for a very long time, and at long last, Wally had defeated (Y/N) in battle. (Y/N), while sorrowful that she had lost the battle, was happy the love of her life finally achieved his dream. However, when she turned to congratulate Wally, he dropped to one knew in front of her."

"'(Y/N). We have known each other ever since we were children. You were there when I caught my first Pokemon. You were there when I was learning to become a Pokemon Trainer, traveling by my side. You were there when people like Team Aqua bullied me for being weaker. And you were there when I thought I lost you forever... Whenever things looked dark, you were by my side to help me through whatever came my way. That is why,' Wally pulled out a small box from his pocket and opened it, holding out an engagement ring with a beautiful diamond on it, surrounded by small sapphires. 'I want to live the rest of my life with you. I want to have a family with you. I want us to be together, even as we grow old and grey. (Y/N)? Will you do me the honor of marrying me?'
(Y/N) placed her hands over her mouth, tears forming in her eyes as she stared down at the love of her life. With a large smile on her face, she nodded her head. 'Yes!! A thousand times, yes!!' She exclaimed, jumping into his arms and hugging the love of her life tightly. There, Wally slipped the ring onto her finger, picked her up into his arms, and kissed her."

"What happened then?? Did they get married??" The little girl asked, a large smile on her face.

"Yes, sweetie, they did. They had a beautiful wedding, where all of their friends and family attended. Even some of the former members of teams Aqua and Magma attended the wedding, like Archie and Max! A year later, the two had a beautiful little girl named (C/N), who became the joy of their life. And the three of them lived happily ever after. The End." The woman smiles, tucking the child into bed and kissing her forehead. "Now, get some sleep. Good night, (C/N)."
