I awoke on a blanket on Adrian's floor. I assessed my surroundings. All of the memories came rushing to me. I groaned. My stomach rumbled back. I forgot to eat dinner. I slowly pushed myself off the floor. I had to make it to school early so I could talk to Elliot.
I dashed out of Adrian's room and into mine. I pulled my black and blue sport uniform on. I checked my clock. I had five minutes to be out the door.
I laced up my converse and stumbled down the hallway. I grabbed an apple and my keys, promising myself a decent meal for lunch. I hastily walked out the door. I descended the steps in our house and swiftly ran to my car. I loved my car to shreds. It is a yellow Volkswagen Beetle. I named it Bug.
I sped down the street and in the direction of my school. As soon as I got there, I grabbed out my phone and checked my timetable. I had biology, music, math then a spare.
I am in Grade Twelve and it has been a pretty cool year. I walked to C block. I strolled in the door.
Straight away, I noticed something wasn't right. Every person was staring at me. I just stared back. I saw someone whisper, "Slut" to their friend. Oh god, THE PARTY! It must have spread over the weekend.
Everyone continued to stare but Mrs Pottle cut in to the awkward silence, "Jamie, why are you late?"
I sighed and pulled an innocent face. "I had troubles with my car."
She shook her head and stared at the papers at her desk, "If I got a dollar every time someone said that..."
She trailed off. I have always wondered if she was sane. It certainly didn't seem like it. I sat in my normal seat and got stuck into my work, indifferent to all the stares. I was writing about cells when Blade came and took the un-occupied seat next to me.
"Hi Jamie." I examined him. Staring at him never got old but why was he talking to me?
"Hi?" Blade had pitch black hair and deep brown eyes. He was gorgeous.
"So, are we a thing or were you drunk?" He gazed at me intently, waiting for an answer.
I frowned. "What do you mean?"
He laughed mockingly. "You kinda made out with me and then slept next to me half naked."
I stared at my biology book. Why the hell did I go to that party?
"Ah, that was you. For your question..." I thought about Elliot. "Would you date me?"
His eyes lit up. "Of course, you're the hottest girl in this school." My eyes widened and I blushed.
I realized something, "Just wait. Nothing happened that night, right?"
He scrutinized me. "No, not really."
I waited, "That's it? I would like to know a couple of details please."
He grinned, "We kissed and I thought something was gonna happen because you dragged me to a bedroom and 'WHAM,' half your clothes were on the ground. After you finished your little strip show, you passed out, completely drunk before we did anything. I put most of your clothes back on you and laid you on the bed and I fell asleep next to you." He winked, "You have an amazing body, by the way."
I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. "Thank you so much."
I pecked him on the cheek. "Lucky your my boyfriend, right?"
He smirked. It wasn't as adorable as Elliot's smile though. I mentally hit myself, I am not dating Elliot. He replied, "Of course."
He kissed me full on the mouth. My eyes widened in surprise but I kissed him back. He pulled back, got up and swaggered away. I stared at my work. Holy crap, I can't believe I am dating Blade Anderson. I looked across the room to meet his gaze. He winked at me and threw a piece of paper at me. I caught it. Ten numbers were scribbled on it in black sharpie. At the bottom it said 'Call me.' I rolled my eyes. I turned around and blew a kiss at him. His friends fake caught it and Blade laughed as they pressed it to their own lips.
Was he just saying it or am I really the hottest girl in the school? I pondered that for a moment but my thoughts were interrupted by the bell. I put all my books into a neat pile and stood up. My pen fell out of my pencil case. I bent over to get it. Someone grabbed my ass.
A/N - Picture of Blade included.
