"Mommy and daddy!" Marin shouted as he hugged Keith and Lance happily. Keith and Lance were both unsure how to feel about this.
"Good then it's decided!" Allura said clasping her hands together.
"Wait wait, I didn't agree to this!" Lance shouted. He then felt a tug at his shirt, Marin was standing there with teary eyes. Lance instantly regretted what he said. "Wait. No. Don't cry it's alright!" Lance said flustered.
"Good job Lance you made him cry." Pidge said, Lance sighed and bent down to meet Marin's height and patted his head. Keith came behind Lance.
"Lance it's alright if you don't want to, I can do this my self." Keith said in a calm voice, but really he couldn't, since he didn't know the first thing about kids, but he knew he made Lance feel uncomfortable at the moment.
"No it's alright, after every thing he's been through he needs a dad and mom, even if we are pretending." Keith smiled at Lance's kindness. "Oh by the way, your playing mom." Lance bluntly blurted out.
"What, why am I Mom?!" Keith asked.
"Isn't it obvious, it's cus of your hair, mullet." Lance got up and grabbed Marin by the hand. "I'll be in my room with him for now, when your done sulking come over to my room." Lance said with sass as he left. Everyone patted Keith on the back and wished him good luck. As they left to make their own plans as well.Keith passed by Lance's room, but he wasn't there, instead he saw Marin sitting alone in the corner next to the brown bag Shiro had picked up from the makeshift camp made on the planet. He was looking at a knife that had a blue handle and a white metal. Keith came in. Marin heard Keith's foot prints approaching, so he quickly hid his weapon he was holding.
"Ha ha, it's alright I won't take it away, but Lance might." He said trying to lighten the darken mood in the room. He came closer and sat next to Marin "Can I see it?" Keith asked, but he shook his head. "It's alright," Keith said, then he came up with an idea, "Here want to see mine first, since I also have one." Keith pulled out his knife and handed it to Marin. His eyes lit up while he held the knife, he then handed Keith his knife. Keith looked more closely at the knife, the handle had a gray stone embedded in it and the metal looked like it was pearl, it was amazing. Marin stood up and started using the knife. He swiped at the air, Keith looked, he looked like he partially knew how to fight with a knife, Keith was impressed.Lance walked in the room with his robe and blue lion slippers, "Alright, ready for bed?" Lance asked, he then blushed one he saw that Keith was here. "Ke- keith!? I didn't know you were here?"
Keith got up quickly "Um, yeah, you told me to come to your room." He muttered.
"R- right." Lance said as he rubbed the back of his neck. They both stood in silence for a while, Marin looked back at Lance and Keith a couple times, he then tugged at Keith's shirt.
"Oh! Thanks." Keith said taking back his knife and giving Marin back his. Lance stood there in slight disbelief.
"Why do you have a knife, and why did you give one to our son!" Lance freaked.
"Well, I didn't know what to talk to him about, and I saw that he had a knife so I showed him mi-" Keith paused, "Did you just say our son?"
"N- no. W- wait I mean yes!" He stammered, he was now very flustered. "That's not the point! You shouldn't let the kid hold your knife, that's dangerous!"
"Actually, it seems he knows a thing or two about fighting with a knife." Keith said. Lance turned to look at Marin, he gave Lance the sweetest goofy smile.
"Are you sure?" Lance questioned Keith with a confused look.
"Yes. He knows how to stand and hold the knife correctly when fighting with it." Said Keith, Lance put his fist on his hips and gave a look that a disappointed mother would make after she came home to a messy, Keith smirked at this expression, "anyway you said you wanted to talk?"
"Yeah, so do you want him to sleep in your room or mine first?" Lance asked.
"Maybe we should ask him where he wants to sleep?" Keith replied.
"Alright, Marin, who do you want to sleep with tonight, daddy or mommy?" Lance asked, Keith was not use to being mommy. Marin looked between the two, then walked and sat on Lance's bed. "Okay I guess he will be with me tonight."
"Right, and I will let him sleep with me tomorrow," Keith spoke, "then I will be going to bed." Keith waved, but as he tried to leave Marin had grabbed his hand and lead him to sit on Lance's bed. Lance and Keith looked at each other confused.
"Oh, does he want to sleep with you then?" Lance questioned.
Pidge then peeked in the door, "Isn't it obvious he want to sleep with both of you."
"What!" they both yelled.
"No, no no no no no, never agai— I mean ever." Lance yelled in disagreement.
"Are you sure you should be that against it?" Pidge said as she pointed behind Lance. Lance looked behind him and saw Marin starting to tear up, Lance panicked to his reaction, he rushed over to comfort him. Pidge smirked, "guess you have to be together or do you want him to cry?" Lance gave her a slight glare.
"I-I mean sure, fine, me and Keith can sleep in the same room I will just sleep on the floor." He stated, but then he felt a tug at his sleeve. Marin shook his head in disagreement to what Lance said.
"Looks like he want to sleep with both of you!" Pidge said.
"But," Keith tried to speak but was cut off by Pidge.
"Your his parents now, so sleep together!" She bossily commanded as she pushed Lance into Keith's arms. "Night!"
