"Are you sure you want to do this, Rose?"
Rosemary looked into the eyes of her old friend and nodded.
"Yes. I promised myself I wouldn't lose my son again and I'm going to stand by that promise."
"But Rosemary...it's already happened twice..."
"I won't let it happen a third time," the old woman said, desperation leaking into her voice.
"I can't keep doing you favours, my love," Thomas sighed.
"I know, I know, Tom. But please - just one more time. Just this one favour."
Thomas looked into her eyes one last time. Why did her eyes always capture him? Like a fish in a net, there was no escape. Though her body was old, frail and broken, her skin sagging and pale, her hair grey and thin...her eyes. Her eyes were still the same.
"I'll do you this last favour. If - and only if - you'll owe me a favour."
"Of course, Tom, of course!" Rosemary wrapped her old arms around his neck, as she'd done many times before. But they'd been younger then.
"For our son."
"For Taemin."

Jungwoo woke up with a splitting head ache.
White, white everywhere. And the smell of hand sanitiser and banana-flavoured antibiotics.
He was in a hospital.
"Jungwoo! Oh thank God!" Someone gasped.
Jungwoo turned to see his best friend, Doyoung looking down at him.
"Doyoungie? Where am I? What am I doing here?"
"Woo! Oh my God!" The older make repeated, wrapping his arms around Jungwoo's neck.
Jungwoo chuckled.
"Hey...I'm not hurt. It's just my head-"
"Your head!" Doyoung said suddenly, releasing Jungwoo in favour of grabbing his head.
Only then did Jungwoo realise there was a large bandage wrapped around it.
"Doyoung what happened to my head?"
"You don't remember?"
Jungwoo shook his head. His mind was foggy and blank. Trying to remember what had happened created the same feeling as having cotton wool in his mouth.
"You got hit by a truck, Woo. You hit your head. Hard. You've been in a coma for two days. The doctor he said that you-you w-wouldn't make it," the elder sobbed.
Two days...a truck...Jungwoo could remember nothing.
"I'm sorry, Doyoungie. I'm sorry for worrying you," the injured male apologised.
"Don't worry. You're okay now," Doyoung wiped the tears off of his cheeks,"Ten told me to call him when you woke up. He's going to throw you a party."
"Oh no..." somebody stood outside of the hospital room, eavesdropping on the conversation between the two friends.
This was bad. There was going to be a party again. Jungwoo and Yukhei would meet again. Everything would unfold the same way.
Unless he could stop them from meeting at the party...
Or stop the party completely...
