Once I got out of class I was able to reply to Mal's S.O.S.

I ran to my car and sped to her location. Once I parked and got out and started calling her phone continuously, she finally answered on the third time.

"Hello" She answered sounding scared and worried at the same time.

"Hey where you at?" I asked

"I see you come down the street." I walked down the street and saw her outside a café.

"What's the problem, where's Jeudi?" I asked

"Ekon, She's snapped. We...we was just sitting there in the restaurant and she started playing with a knife and asking me about how flesh tastes and then she flipped and throw her food and a table at me and told me her name was Diamond." Mal said while pacing.

"Calm down, we'll find her. It's alright. Where was the last place you seen her?" I asked

"She ran into the park. I walked everywhere, I have no idea where she is. I..I just don't know what's wrong with her." She said studdering over her words.

"Mal chill, this aint ya fault." I said and grabbed her on both sides of her arms.

She shook her head and let it hang low. "Now lets find her." I said. She nodded and we searched the park.

We searched the park for hours and walked the local streets for Jeudi and we didn't find her at all. Nothing. She could be anywhere at this point.

"I think we should call the police." Mal said

I nodded and called them.

Once we called them they told us that they would give the trolling squad cars to look out for her, but we have to wait a full twenty-four hours to officially report her missing.

"Theres nothing else you guys can do here guys, So you might as well just head home or double check a few spots that you know she might wanna go." The officer said

"Just let us know if you find her, or just bring her home please." I said

"We will let you know if we find or hear anything." The operator said and we hung up.

"Should we call Leo too?" Mal asked me

"Might as well, we'll need some help finding her." I said

I called Leo and he picked up on the third ring. "whats wrong?" He asked

"Jeudi is gone"

"What?" He heard him shuffling and something fall in the background. "What do you mean she's gone? He asked

"She was out with Mal and flipped a table over on her, threw things in a restaurant and bolted talking about she's diamond. She ran out and we haven't seen her since. We been looking for hours and still haven't found anything." I said

"She also called herself Diamond, Do you have any idea why she would do that?" I asked

"No I have no idea, I never heard that name before and I've never heard her refer to herself with that name." Leo said

Leo sighed and it got quiet on the phone for a bit. "I'm coming down there, and I'm bringing her psychiatrist down with me. I'll be there in a few hours."

We hung up and me and Mal headed home. The ride home was silent and Mal kept trying to hid her tears from me. "Mal this aint ya fault. There was nothing you could have done to keep this from happening. Jeudi's sick." I said
