I rode with Cas to the hospital. Why did he do it? God. Is it my fault? Fuck. The nurses said he'd be fine. I can't let Dad find out though. Dad would torture him about it.
I wait nervously outside his room. They won't let me in yet. I'm upset and I have no clue what to do, so I text Sam.
To Sam:
Sam, I'm freaking out right now.

I wait for him to reply. It seems like an hour before he does.
From Sam:
What's wrong?

I don't want to say that my brother tried to kill himself because I don't know if he wants anyone to know.
To Sam:
My brother's in the hospital. And I'm scared.

He replies surprisingly fast.
From Sam:
Cas? Or one of your other brothers?

It's funny how he assumes Cas first.
To Sam:
Yeah. He's in your brother's grade. I don't know if they're friends though.

From Sam:
Yeah. They're sorta friends. I told Dean that Cas was in the hospital and now he's worried. Do you mind if we come?
~S
Well. I guess they could. I mean, if Dean and Cas are friends.
To Sam:
Yeah. That's fine.

After ten minutes I heard two pair of footsteps and look up to see Sam and his brother. Both of them have worried expressions on their faces.
